Man Linked To Ronni Chasen's Murder May Have Been A Drug Dealer Posted: 02 Dec 2010 05:30 PM PST This story just gets more twisted. The man linked to publicist Ronni Chasen's murder may have been a drug dealer, says some of his neighbors. Harold Smith, who committed suicide in front of investigators at the Harvey Apartments in Los Angeles, was said to have "kept to himself" and was "involved in dubious behavior." A neighbor who lived in the same apartment building, described Smith: "Harold probably got caught up in something or someone snitched on him. He come by my apartment and we be smoking weed together. He sold drugs too. He was a cool cat and kept to himself and really didn't say much." Despite reports that Smith was getting evicted, the neighbor says otherwise, continuing: "Naw man, he wasn't gettin' evicted. That fool sold drugs and had some other sh-t going on too. He had money or was getting money. Think about it homie, what weed dealer you know gone stay strapped with a gun. He was definitely into some other sh-t and that's all I'm gonna say." Other residents of the building, including Sammy Zamorano, who runs a business out of the building, says that he thought there was something strange about Smith. He told sources that he thought he need cash and he needed it fast. He added: "This Harold guy was kind of a nut. I heard he had a gun in his apartment and needed money and would always be talking about robbing somebody. Do I think he killed that publicist woman? Who knows. But I do know he needed money and wanted to rob someone. That's a fact! No one would just up and shoot them self when the cops are trying to ask you questions. He probably had a guilty conscience." Mila Kunis is also opening up about her lesbian sex scene with Natalie Portman in the upcoming Black Swan, and reveals that despite how much fun it looks like the two are having on screen, the whole process of filming it was anything but that! She explains: "We knew it was going to attract attention. We were just hoping that people would walk away after seeing the movie not just isolating in their memory that scene when we have sex. I think it's important to the story. It wasn't done for shock value, but we weren't looking forward to it. I don't think we were laughing between takes. I think we were like, 'Let's just get this over with.' It's uncomfortable doing a sex scene. It's just bizarre. Luckily, we were friends, so we were able to get through it. I feel sorry for my dad though. If I'm not mistaken, he walked out during the sex scene in Black Swan. I just don't think he wants to envision his daughter doing that kind of thing. Wesley Snipes To Begin Jail Sentence Next Week Posted: 02 Dec 2010 05:00 PM PST Time is running out! Wesley Snipes is scheduled to begin his 3-year jail sentence for tax evasion on Dec. 9 at noon. The actor has been free on bail since his 2008 conviction and has unsuccessfully attempted to overturn his case. He'll be reporting to a federal prison in Pennsylvania. In response to his sentence, U.S. District Judge William Terrell Hodges said, "The Defendant Snipes had a fair trial … The time has come for the judgment to be enforced." Yikes. Judge Says Civil Lawsuit Against Lindsay Lohan Is "Weak" Posted: 02 Dec 2010 04:50 PM PST The legal woes just won't end for Lindsay Lohan. Luckily for her though, a judge in her civil case connected to her 2007 DUI arrest has said that the allegations made against her are "weak." LiLo's civil attorney, Ed McPherson says that the judge recognized that the young men's claim of "battery" were not that strong, adding: "For instance, they have a claim for 'battery,' which is what most people would construe as one person punching another person. The judge acknowledged that Lindsay never even touched any of the boys, but that somebody, somewhere, might construe what she did as a 'battery.'" At least that's one thing going in the girl's favor. Monster has released JustBeats by Dr. Dre, the first high quality headphones made to "open the ears" of young music listeners. The Bieber-themed 'phones are available in two styles: on-ear or in-ear. And of course they're purple, which is Justin's favorite color. However, this is probably going to be an item on Beliebers' holiday wish list. The in-ears are selling at Best Buy for $120 while the on-ear is $200. Yikes.

Mischa Barton Says That She Is Not Crazy Posted: 02 Dec 2010 04:20 PM PST Oh Mischa, here we go again! The former, The O.C. actress took a break from being nuts, to make sure to tell everyone that she is not crazy. She says that after her visit to a psychiatric hospital last year everyone looks at her and thinks she is insane…a little paranoid? Mischa explained the situation: "I had this terrible surgery to remove my wisdom teeth and it drove me mad. I had infections and I couldn't eat anything except Slush Puppies for three months and I can't tell you how awful it was. Anyway, I'd had enough and I went to the hospital. I was in a lot of pain and if they feel you are depressed or a danger to yourself they can hold you on a 5150. I am terrified of needles and they wanted to pump me full of drugs and I said, 'No, absolutely not. I don't want to be here,' and got into a fight with the nurses, and that led to my 5150. "Part of me wishes those things had never happened in the public eye. I wish I could have been perfect. For ages after that 5150 I'd walk down the street and people would give me the crazy eye: 'There's Mischa Barton, she's insane, isn't she?'"
