Justin Bieber's Mom Cancels His Phone Plan! Posted: 03 Dec 2010 05:10 PM PST Hopefully he doesn't also get grounded on the same night of the Grammy Awards! Justin Bieber was given a harsh reminder that he's still a kid when his mother cancelled his phone plan. Here's what he had to say about it: "Mom travels with me. We argue yes, I think every parent and son argue, but I love my mom. I think it's good she travels with me but sometimes I need a break because I'm with her 24/7, but I love her, I like being with her." More from The Biebs: "The other day she cancelled my phone plan. We got into an argument about something stupid, and she was like, 'Give me the phone', and I was like, 'No', so she just went and cancelled it." Now he won't be able to take calls from Usher or play Snake! We get the idea of trying to treat him like a normal kid, but then again, if your typical teenage boy loses his cell phone, he might miss out on plans to go to the mall. Bieber could miss an opportunity to record a duet with Kanye West. Hopefully he makes amends with his mom soon! Do U think Justin Bieber's mom should be able to treat him like an actual teenager? Entertainment Tonight had exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides on their show today, giving an inside look to everything from Johnny Depp stepping back into Jack Sparrow's rum-soaked shoes to Penelope Cruz's arrival to the franchise. Check out the video (above) to see Captain Jack Sparrow in all his glory on land, sea and even mid-air! Apparently, Johnny does his own stunts now! Even on a fixed-income, this flick looks like it might live up to the rest of the franchise. Thoughts?

Willie Nelson was recently busted for possession of marijuana while at a border patrol checkpoint in Texas, and despite speculation that he would be charged with a felony, authorities have determined that the singer was carrying less than four ounces of the substance, which means he's only being slapped with a misdemeanor! Adam Lambert On His Grammy Nom Posted: 03 Dec 2010 04:20 PM PST Adam Lambert is excited about his Grammy Nom, and he's got a lot to say about it! He's been nominated for best male pop vocal performance for his song Whataya Want From Me, from his 2009 debut album. Here's Lambert on learning about his nomination: "I was awoken by my manager in the morning while in Paris. Much more effective than my usual cup of coffee to wake me up. I was so excited! After our call, I saw that a bunch of friends and family had texted and written emails." And here's what he had to say about the song that got him the nomination: "I recorded Whataya Want From Me on a day off from the Idols Live Arena tour and I was pretty wiped out due to the show schedule. I knew the song would be a key track on my album and it was my first time working with the incredible Max Martin and Shellback, so I was a bit apprehensive. The vocal ad libs at the end were the most challenging as they are quite high and it had been a long day. When I heard the first mix, I felt really confident the song would have success thanks to the flawless production." And here's Lambert on how he's not just a product of American Idol: "I believe American Idol is a dream platform for any artist. It did not however, teach me how to sing or perform. I made music for years prior to the show but knew that most major labels wouldn't be interested in me as a mainstream pop artist unless I could develop a legitimate fan base and prove that I had talent. Idol gave me these opportunities. But I feel I earned my current success by preparing and executing a variety of strong performances every week on the show and being comfortable being different." And more about the nomination: "In addition to the writers and producers of the track, I hope that at this point, after all the hard work I've done over the past year, the nomination will give me credibility as a true vocalist in the industry, and perhaps help fade some of the stigma that comes from rising to fame on a competition show." X Factor Dramz! Mary Byrne And Matt Cardle Struggling With Vocal Problems! Posted: 03 Dec 2010 04:00 PM PST Oh no! This would be such a shame! X Factor contestants Mary Byrne and Matt Cardle are reportedly both in danger of having to pull out of the competition during the semi-final round because they're both struggling with vocal problems! A source explains: "Matt is putting a brave face on things but his voice is in bad shape and he could miss the semi-final. He's really low because he's desperate to be at his best for such a vital show. Mary and Matt have both been struggling with their throats for the past week. Matt was advised to rest his voice by doctors and so he didn't perform. Mary did sing but complained of a bad throat afterwards. At the moment we're hoping they will be fit to appear but we just don't know. It will be a disaster if they have to pull out." Awful! We seriously hope that these two can take every chance they can until Saturday to get themselves rested! We wouldn't want to see any have to back down at this point - they've worked so SO hard! Earlier this week, Alexis Neiers, who is more famously known for breaking into Orlando Bloom's house, was arrestted for having black-tar heroin and owning a fake driver's license. She was thrown in the slammer when she was busted and now a judge has ordered her to stay put there until her upcoming hearing. Then, she might end up right back in her cell again as this little druggie escapade could count as a violation of her probation from her last, thieving offense. If that happens, she could get a solid two years in STATE prison! No cushy Paris Hilton suite cell for her! Time to lawyer up, BB! Things don't look too good for you!

Dora Drops Lawsuit Against Nickelodeon Posted: 03 Dec 2010 03:40 PM PST No bueno! Caitlin Sanchez, the young actress who voices Dora in Dora the Explorer has dropped her lawsuit against Nickelodeon after alleging that the network underpaid her and cut her out of lucrative merchandising deals. Caitlin will finish some future episodes, although the network has declined to say how many. The network released a statement: "We have always felt, and continue to feel, that Caitlin is a very talented performer. Our intention was always that Caitlin complete the episodes on which she worked, and we are pleased that she has agreed to do so." After telling the poor girl that "her voice changed and she was no longer able to portray the Dora character," we're surprised that they even decided to let her finish out any future episodes at all!
