During her stand-up routine in Newark, New Jersey this weekend, Chelsea Handler (one of Jennifer Aniston's close friends) got on the subject of Angelina Jolie. And she was NOT holding back. The unfunny comedian called St. Angie a "C*nt" and other very unpleasant things!! Check out the clip (above). We're not impressed.

Zombieland and Pineapple Express actress Amber Heard officially came out of the closet at GLAAD's 25th Anniversary Celebration Saturday night. She, along with her partner Tasya van Ree, attended the event and spoke openly about her choice to come out. She declared that she didn't want to be "a part of the problem" by staying in the closet and said she was honored to have the priviledge of presenting the Founder's Award to GLAAD/LA Founder and First Executive Direcotr Richard Jennings. Jersey Shore's Angelina Pivarnick was thrown out of the Jersey nightclub Taj Mahal Saturday night after a fight broke out between her and an unidentified woman. Police were sent to the scene, but luckily for the Staten Island dump reality star, she wasn't arrested. And all this went down just hours before she was scheduled to appear in a CELEBRITY fight against Kerry Schwartz from reality show Frank the Entertainer in a Basement Affair in Atlantic City. Classy. Angelina's lawyer has already made a statement about the incident, saying, "We believe Angelina is innocent of any allegations and if there is any legal action, we will fight it vigorously." Ha! Dr. Conrad Murray Keeps His Medical License! Posted: 05 Dec 2010 01:16 PM PST What a lucky break! After a meeting with the Nevada State Medical Board on Friday discussing issues related to owed child support, Dr. Conrad Murray was able to prove that he had been paying child support payments, and in result, will get to keep his medical license. Dr. Murray was told he was not allowed to prescribe or administer any anesthetic agent, including Propofol, back in June when the board put a restriction on his license after he was accused of not paying his child support payments. Suge Knight Arrested…Again. Posted: 05 Dec 2010 01:15 PM PST How many times has this been now?? Suge Knight was arrested Friday night and spent the night in jail after a warrant was isued for his arrest for failing to appear in court. Knight was scheduled to appear in a hearing on Nov. 23 in relation to a charge of driving on a suspended license and running a stop sign back in September. He was booked at the West Hollywood police station after a $40,000 bench warrant was issued. He was given a citation and was released after agreeing to show up for his next court hearing. Tangled Tops Harry Potter At The Box Office Posted: 05 Dec 2010 11:22 AM PST Disney's Tangled finally toppled the boy wizard that is Harry Potter this weekend, coming into the #1 spot with $21.5 million at the box office. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 settled with second place, bringing in another $16.8 million, bringing the cumulative total to $244.2 million. Wowsa!! Burlesque and Unstoppable tied for third place with $6.1 million each. Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway's Love and Other Drugs brought in $5.7 million in fifth place. Meanwhile, art house film Black Swan, starring Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis, brought in an impressive $77,459 in only 18 theater locations, making it Fox Searchlight's biggest opener ever. Plus, it's already getting Oscar buzz! Seems like they have a hit on their hands! What did U see this weekend?

X Factor: Our Favorite Performance Of The Weekend Was… Posted: 04 Dec 2010 02:24 PM PST Yes! Yes! Yes!!!! This was one of her best performances of the competition!!!! No other contestant lived up to the "Club Classics" theme better than Rebecca Ferguson! The X Factor hopeful performed the dancefloor classic Show Me Love by Robyn S. on Saturday, and what we loved the most about it is that she showed a new side of her we had never seen before. Not only did she sound like a champion but she looked like a winner too, and it was so wonderful to see her not just stand in one spot and sing a song but actually move across the stage with cool confidence. With this performance, Rebecca Ferguson has just assured herself a spot in the finals! Check it out (above)!

X Factor: The Worst Performance Of The Weekend Was… Posted: 04 Dec 2010 02:22 PM PST Dreadful!!!! One Direction may have a career after X Factor is over in the U.K., but their chances of crossing over to America and the rest of the world are ZERO. We've never been a fan, but their performance of Rihanna's Only Girl on Saturday night was absolutely dreadful! Also, why would Simon pick such an inappropriate song for them??? This is the semis!!!! Maybe he was trying to sabotage them on purpose??? And, once again, their vocals on the choruses seemed to be "enhanced"! A boy group on a singing competition should NOT have a backing track! X Factor: And Then There Was Cher… Posted: 04 Dec 2010 02:21 PM PST Soooo proud of her!!!! Both she and Rebecca were saving the best for the semi-finals!!! She's been one of our favorites from day one and if it were based on talent and potential, both Cher Lloyd and Rebecca Ferguson would be in the X Factor finals next week! Like Rebecca, Cher gave one of her best performances of the competition! We loved how she showed a playful side to herself with her take on B.O.B's Nothing On You, and - yes - she rapped in it. And it was great! That song selection was a big FUCK YOU to all her haters. It was as if Cher was saying, "Yes, this is me. This is what I do. Like me or leave me!" And we not only liked it, we LOVED it!!! It was as if we were not watching a contestant on a singing competition! Cher Was better than some female pop stars around now! And she gave a polished, A-class performance! Check it out (above)!

The Kardashians Disappoint Fans At Book Signing Posted: 04 Dec 2010 01:20 PM PST This is so not cool! A fan was turned away at a recent book signing with Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian, and isn't too happy about it! The sisters, who were signing their new book Kardashian Konfidential at a Borders in Century City, CA, ended up making many of their fans upset when they turned away hundreds of people! Many fans had waited in line for hours to get their opportunity to meet the Kardashians and get their books signed by them, however, within a short period of time, security told the group that they weren't guaranteed a signing by them and offered them a refund. A fan describes what happened: "I was one of the many fans on site who bought Kardashian Konfidential (at 6pm) and was told to return almost 2 hours later to get on line with a sticker. A security guard organizing the line (which curved outside the store, at an outdoor mall), even told us the Kardashians' publicist promised we'd all get our books signed. Well guess what? By 9pm, a handful of us were in the store when we were told by reps that our pass didn't guarantee our book would get signed and that the Kardashians were leaving. A store employee then offered to exchange our copy for a signed version of the book (I decided to get my money back). What's worse? I was stuck with a $7 parking lot fee and left home…empty-handed!" Mariah Carey recently opened up about her pregnancy, and revealed that she's pleased that we live in a time now where people are accepted, even though their parents may be from mixed heritage! She explains: "Having Obama in office and bringing a child into the world at this point is totally different than me feeling like an outcast when I was growing up and not feeling like it was okay to be ethnically diverse, and I can't believe that we have arrived at this point within society. I think it's a little bit easier now because the world has changed just in terms of identifying yourself. That always felt like a strange thing to me as a child, not looking the same as your own mother of father was a very different thing back then." Very well-spoken! But we think it's important to keep in mind that although we've grown leaps and bounds in that respect, there is still quite a bit of prejudice and hate in the world, and we must continue to fight for EVERYONE'S equality! Justin Bieber's Mom Cancels His Phone Plan! Posted: 03 Dec 2010 05:10 PM PST Hopefully he doesn't also get grounded on the same night of the Grammy Awards! Justin Bieber was given a harsh reminder that he's still a kid when his mother cancelled his phone plan. Here's what he had to say about it: "Mom travels with me. We argue yes, I think every parent and son argue, but I love my mom. I think it's good she travels with me but sometimes I need a break because I'm with her 24/7, but I love her, I like being with her." More from The Biebs: "The other day she cancelled my phone plan. We got into an argument about something stupid, and she was like, 'Give me the phone', and I was like, 'No', so she just went and cancelled it." Now he won't be able to take calls from Usher or play Snake! We get the idea of trying to treat him like a normal kid, but then again, if your typical teenage boy loses his cell phone, he might miss out on plans to go to the mall. Entertainment Tonight had exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides on their show today, giving an inside look to everything from Johnny Depp stepping back into Jack Sparrow's rum-soaked shoes to Penelope Cruz's arrival to the franchise. Check out the video (above) to see Captain Jack Sparrow in all his glory on land, sea and even mid-air! Apparently, Johnny does his own stunts now! Even on a fixed-income, this flick looks like it might live up to the rest of the franchise. Thoughts?

Willie Nelson was recently busted for possession of marijuana while at a border patrol checkpoint in Texas, and despite speculation that he would be charged with a felony, authorities have determined that the singer was carrying less than four ounces of the substance, which means he's only being slapped with a misdemeanor! Adam Lambert On His Grammy Nom Posted: 03 Dec 2010 04:20 PM PST Adam Lambert is excited about his Grammy Nom, and he's got a lot to say about it! He's been nominated for best male pop vocal performance for his song Whataya Want From Me, from his 2009 debut album. Here's Lambert on learning about his nomination: "I was awoken by my manager in the morning while in Paris. Much more effective than my usual cup of coffee to wake me up. I was so excited! After our call, I saw that a bunch of friends and family had texted and written emails." And here's what he had to say about the song that got him the nomination: "I recorded Whataya Want From Me on a day off from the Idols Live Arena tour and I was pretty wiped out due to the show schedule. I knew the song would be a key track on my album and it was my first time working with the incredible Max Martin and Shellback, so I was a bit apprehensive. The vocal ad libs at the end were the most challenging as they are quite high and it had been a long day. When I heard the first mix, I felt really confident the song would have success thanks to the flawless production." And here's Lambert on how he's not just a product of American Idol: "I believe American Idol is a dream platform for any artist. It did not however, teach me how to sing or perform. I made music for years prior to the show but knew that most major labels wouldn't be interested in me as a mainstream pop artist unless I could develop a legitimate fan base and prove that I had talent. Idol gave me these opportunities. But I feel I earned my current success by preparing and executing a variety of strong performances every week on the show and being comfortable being different." And more about the nomination: "In addition to the writers and producers of the track, I hope that at this point, after all the hard work I've done over the past year, the nomination will give me credibility as a true vocalist in the industry, and perhaps help fade some of the stigma that comes from rising to fame on a competition show." X Factor contestants Mary Byrne and Matt Cardle are reportedly both in danger of having to pull out of the competition during the semi-final round because they're both struggling with vocal problems! A source explains: "Matt is putting a brave face on things but his voice is in bad shape and he could miss the semi-final. He's really low because he's desperate to be at his best for such a vital show. Mary and Matt have both been struggling with their throats for the past week. Matt was advised to rest his voice by doctors and so he didn't perform. Mary did sing but complained of a bad throat afterwards. At the moment we're hoping they will be fit to appear but we just don't know. It will be a disaster if they have to pull out." Awful! We seriously hope that these two can take every chance they can until Saturday to get themselves rested! We wouldn't want to see any have to back down at this point - they've worked so SO hard! Earlier this week, Alexis Neiers, who is more famously known for breaking into Orlando Bloom's house, was arrestted for having black-tar heroin and owning a fake driver's license. She was thrown in the slammer when she was busted and now a judge has ordered her to stay put there until her upcoming hearing. Then, she might end up right back in her cell again as this little druggie escapade could count as a violation of her probation from her last, thieving offense. If that happens, she could get a solid two years in STATE prison! No cushy Paris Hilton suite cell for her! Time to lawyer up, BB! Things don't look too good for you!

Dora Drops Lawsuit Against Nickelodeon Posted: 03 Dec 2010 03:40 PM PST No bueno! Caitlin Sanchez, the young actress who voices Dora in Dora the Explorer has dropped her lawsuit against Nickelodeon after alleging that the network underpaid her and cut her out of lucrative merchandising deals. Caitlin will finish some future episodes, although the network has declined to say how many. The network released a statement: "We have always felt, and continue to feel, that Caitlin is a very talented performer. Our intention was always that Caitlin complete the episodes on which she worked, and we are pleased that she has agreed to do so." After telling the poor girl that "her voice changed and she was no longer able to portray the Dora character," we're surprised that they even decided to let her finish out any future episodes at all!
