Uma Thurman's stalker who had violated a restraining order by calling her cellphone and office was arrested. When police arrived at his home, Jack Jordan, if you can believe it or not, was in the middling of googling Uma's name! Jack Jordan had been convicted of stalking Uma in 2008 and threatening to kill himself if she dated another man. Well, at least he was arrested while doing something he liked. [Image via WENN.] |

Tupac fans rejoice! There are a few new Tupac projects on their way. Hip-hop journalist/political activist Kevin Powell has signed a deal with Simon & Schuster to release a bio on Tupac entitled Tupac Shakur: The Authorized Biography. That's right, it's completely authorized by Tupac's mom, Afeni Shakur. Here's what she had to say about it:

No word yet on a release date for the bio, but on Jan 26, the Tupac-related documentary film Uncensored and Uncut: The Lost Prison Tapes will be released. The doc is all about the time that the rapper spent in prison. Tupac will also be gracing the big screen again in Training Day director Antoine Fuqua's upcoming biopic about the last day of the rapper's life. Exciting times for Tupac fans! Aside from having her own reality TV show wonderful children and being a super famous mom, sources say that Kate Gosselin is feeling blue. Kate says that she feels lonely and does not have many true friends she can confide in. Aside from her bodyguard Steve Neild, she does not have many real friends to go out and have fun with. Kate is constantly bombarded by paparazzi camped outside her house and many of the local people in town do not think that highly of her either since she can come off not that friendly and aloof. Aww! If only she could stay on Glee forever! ABC is taking tips from Fox and developing two music-themed series for next fall. Bob Kushell will pen the show about a mother-daughter a la Gilmore Girls, starring none other than Idina Menzel!!! The Broadway diva will play a single mother of a teenager who works waiting tables and performing at weddings and bar mitzvahs. The other musical series will be written by Robert Horn, who penned Disney Channel musicals Sharpay Fabulous and The Suite Life: The Movie. This sounds like a fantastic idea, but we hope that they keep the two series separate! Kevin Williamson, the creator of The Vampire Diaries, has reportedly been tapped by the CW to develop a "companion" series to the show, which will focus on a group of paranormal researchers! According to insiders, the show is still in early stages of development, but the network is shooting for it to air next season, and as of now, no cross-overs are planned between the two series. Excellent! We think this has a lot of potential - especially with Williamson on board! |
