Leave it to one of our favorite trainwrecks to add some gold to their grill.

This "celebrity" musician was spotted yesterday in New York City flashing that shiteous smile.

Can U guess which HOlicious singer is sporting the new fashion accessory?

Check out who it is after the jump!

Kanye Is Happy, Ya'll!

If you are tuning into the VMAs this year just in hopes that you will see Kanye West fly off his rocker and attack some other youngster artist like Justin Bieber or MileyBird, then you are out of luck.

Kanye has turned a new leaf and is now out to have a more positive outlook on life.

During a recent radio interview, Kanye explained what being a more positive and mature man would mean for him. Kanye said:

"That's the Rosewood mentality, like affluence, like not cursing out in public, pulling out chairs for your lady, opening up doors. That's where I'm at."

No cursing? Really? And how do you suppose you are going to get through performing Power at the VMAs? Just curious…

Kanye added that this new, positive worldview is in turn making him a better rapper, as he isn't in a "dark place." He explained:

"It's ill because I'm at this really good emotional, great place in my life, and they're always saying in hip-hop that you have to be in a dark place to make great hip-hop. I feel like I rap better than I've ever rapped at this point. I'm writing raps and I don't even realize how positive they are. They just sound like regular good negative raps."

We appreciate that you are happy and we really appreciate that you won't be attacking Swifty again this year, but there is no need to lose yourself completely. Some of your crazy is what added to your genius. We'd hate to lose the music that made you who you are.

Then again, we'd sure love to see you repent on national television too. Can't wait to see that!

Death By Krispy Kreme.

OMFG!

We'll take that with a side of heart attack, please!

Check out the latest reason America is a scary-ass place - a Krispy Kreme Bacon Cheeseburger, which made its debut at the Wisconsin State Fair this summer!

The $5 monstrosity - created by Nathan Morrissey of Machine Head restaurant - apparently is a normal cheeseburger with a Krispy Kreme doughnut instead of a bun, and is topped with chocolate-covered bacon and clocks in at about 1,000 calories!

YUM! Can you imagine how quickly that shiz sinks to the bottom of your stomach?

We'd probably keel over and die after two bites!

LOLs!

Jay-Z Tops Hip-Hop's Cash Kings 2010 List

Jay-Z needs to update his song 99 Problems, because it REALLY doesn't seem like he has too many problems at all!

At earnings of $63 million for the past 12 months, Jay-Z gets the title of #1 Hip-Hop Cash King by far. The list is based upon numbers from several music industry sources, including Nielsen, Billboard, and Pollstar.

Jay-Z's earnings derive from not only tremendous album sales, but also his earnings from his worldwide tour, the 40/40 nightclub chain, and his stake in the New Jersey Nets basketball team.

Trailing far behind Jay-Z is P. Diddy, who earned the #2 spot with $30 million through album sales, television and film roles, his liquor brands, and Diddybeats ear-bud sales.

Following behind Diddy is Akon at $21 million, Lil Wayne at $20 million, Ludacris at $16 million, Kanye West at $12 million, and 50 Cent at $8 million, who took a break from music work to take on film roles.

While she's not a male Hip-Hop recording artist, Jay-Z's wife Beyonce blew absolutely everyone out of the water this year, with $87 million in earnings! Pretty damn impressive…maybe they should give her an honorary place on the Cash Kings list just because she's that awesome.

The Truth At Last! Why Seagal and Van Damme Snubbed Sly!

Steven Seagal and Jean-Claude Van Damme didn't have enough of a sense of humor for The Expendables!

We were wondering what was up with Seagal and Van Damme. It didn't make sense to us that they would pass up on a possibility to actually be in a theatrically released film. Seemed bizarre.

Here's what Sylvester Stallone has said on the subject:

"I wanted to set Jean-Claude against Jet Li, but he didn't want to lose to Jet. He didn't think that was cool. But that's why it would be cool; to have Jean-Claude beaten by the other man. Hey, they could have a rematch. But Steven Seagal and Van Damme, they weren't really into our gallows humor."

Wahhh, we're Steven Seagal and Jean-Claude Van Damme and we don't think it would be funny for us to lose in a fight on the big screen, wahhh. At least you guys would have been on the big screen.

Was this really the reason you guys bailed on the movie? Oh well…we wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors…

Steven: Keep up the wonderful work with that reality cop show.

Jean-Claude: We'll eagerly anticipate the next inevitable installment of the Universal Soldier franchise.

Do U think Seagal and Van Damme should have done The Expendables?

Mississippi Teen Suing Over Rejected Tux Photo!

ceara-sturgis-425ds101909-1.jpg

Good for her!

As we previously reported, Ceara Sturgis' senior photo was rejected from the yearbook because she wore a tux - and now she's gonna teach the school a lesson!

The American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit for Ceara claiming discrimination in the basis of sex and gender stereotypes. The lawsuit alleges a violation of Title IX, the federal law prohibiting discrimination based on gender.

Christine P. Sun, senior counsel with the ACLU Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Project said:

"Inclusion in the senior yearbook is a rite of passage for students, and it is shameful that Ceara was denied that chance. It's unfair and unlawful to force students to conform to outdated notions about what boys and girls should look like without any regard to who they actually are as people."

We wish her luck! Equality for all!!!

Blagojevich Convicted…Barely

Looks like the former Governor of Illinois is in luck!

Rod Blagojevich was convicted of giving false information to feds, but he got away with 23 other charges due to a Hung Jury!

The Jurors were in deliberation for 14 days, but they just couldn't come together to convict him on the major corruption charges. Good for you douchebag Blago, good for you!

Blago's more serious charges included racketeering, wire fraud, attempted extortion, and bribery.

Bribery, eh? We HOPE you didn't bribe any members of that jury, Blago. We really hope not.

What do U think of the verdict of the Blago trial?

Give It Up, Joe Jackson!

Posted: 17 Aug 2010 04:40 PM PDT

joejackwenn5456637.jpg

You weren't this invested in your son's life when he was alive. Now, that there is money in it for you, suddenly you are all about protecting him!

Joe Jackson has petitioned to overturn a ruling by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge last year that denied his request to fire the current executors of Michael Jackson's estate, entertainment lawyer John Branca and music executive John McClain. Joe's lawyer filed papers yesterday, claiming that the probate judge was wrong to ignore his request as Joe is supposedly financially dependent on his son's earnings. Because of that, Joe's lawyer argues, he had the right to object who makes the financial decisions concerning the estate.

Wah! Wah! Wah! We were so hoping someone had given you enough money to shut you up! We're so bored of watching you desperately try and snag MJ's millions away…and from your own grandchildren too.

Shameful!
