Key Witness In Mel Gibson's Case Passed Away

Mel Gibson's nanny and witness in the assault against Oksana Grigorieva has passed away. She was fighting stage four cancer for a long while and lost the battle this weekend.

The woman witnessed Mel growing furious with Oksana, so she took baby Lucia and hid in the bedroom. He also referred to her as a "wetback" in those infamous ranting tapes.

The nanny did not provide a statement to law enforcement or write a declaration of support for Oksana.

Sad.

It looks like Jesse James isn't wasting any time before starting to ~~sleep around~~ date after being dumped by Sandra Bullock!

He was spotted having dinner with LA Ink star Kat Von D at the Palms Casino Resort's N9NE in Las Vegas. The duo were reportedly snuggled up on one side of the booth and held hands toward the end of the meal and while they walked to James' Mercedez.

Are these tattooed rebels in love? We're not sure we even care, just as long as that asshole stays away from Sandra!

The Biebs Gets Sweet Revenge!

If you are one of Justin Bieber's 4.5 million followers on Twitter, you may have recieved a tweet this weekend from his Holy Mop-Headedness with a phone number.

The message was simple. It said: " everyone call me 248-xxx-xxxx or text "

And thus, thousands upon thousands of tweens afflicted with Bieber fever scurried to their phones to dial! Thing was, the number he offered as his own certainly was not. While most fans thought they would be playing into a prank, the joke was actually on a Detroit teenager named Kevin Kristopik.

Apparently, this was some sort of payback to Kevin for hacking into one of Bieb's buddies Twitter accounts to get Justin's phone number back in July.

Payback is a bitch!

Kevin sarcastically thanked Justin on his Twitter page, then called him a dick, then deleted it forever. Before he did, he posted this YouTube video, showing his phone going crazy with insane Bieber Fever!

Ha! Justin doesn't mess around!

Axl Rose's Twitter Hacked, GNR Tour NOT Canceled

WTF?!?

Who would bother doing this??

Guns N' Roses fans got some pretty sad news last night when they saw a message on Axl Rose's Twitter account that read:

All upcoming Guns N' Roses dates are officially cancelled. Please contact your place of purchase for any refunds.

But it turned to be a hoax, especially since Axl is not even active on Twitter.

Fans got suspicious when they saw that he hadn't posted via iPhone like his other messages and also used the British spelling of "cancelled."

Concert organizers Festival Republic posted a statement, saying:

"Festival Republic are informed by GN'R management that Guns N' Roses have NOT canceled their performances at Reading & Leeds and that Axl Rose's twitter account was hacked into and all claims of dates being cancelled are unfounded."

Guns N' Roses is scheduled to headline the Reeding and Leeds Festivals on August 27 and 29, as well as several other European dates.

Same Old Illy Allen!

We had high hopes that the rapid hormones of preggers Lily Allen was what was keeping her in check the last few months. Apparently, that was just wishful thinking.

For the umptieth time, Illy has canceled a performance. This time, she has pulled out of performing at the Goodwood Vintage Festival across the pond.

However, we can't exactly say we blame her (but nor do we say we fully believe her.) Friends of Illy say that she has become deathly scared of having a miscarriage since she already had one back in 2008. She is reportedly "stressed out" and wants to take the time to concentrate on her little one. A source explains:

"Lily is feeling really stressed at the moment. She is trying to open two stores in September and is suffering from the worst morning sickness. Everyone was disappointed she couldn't make it, especially at such late notice. She had been one of the main draws."

Yeah, we imagine the organizers are none too happy with her and her demanding fetus. But that is their problem now, righty Illy???

Lance Bass Thrown Out Of Bridgehampton Polo Club!

While at the Bridgehampton Polo Club on Saturday, Lance Bass claimed that a female security threw a drink in his face and told him to get out.

He Tweeted:

"Wow! Some woman security guard took my drink and threw my drink on me and sai[d] 'get the f - - k out' I'm so confused why that just happened!"

Sources in the VIP tent say that Bass was asked to leave one hour after last call. The drink throwing only started as security tried to "gently" escort him out.

We imagine he'd have to be drunk for that to happen, but he claims he only had 2 drinks.

Inneresting.

Snooki was spotted out on the Seaside Heights boardwalk with new boyfriend Jeff Miranda and it looks like they are very happy together!

An Iraq veteran, Jeff said on his Facebook:

"People no more Snookie talk. Her name is Nicole by the way. All I'm saying is we had a great time together. She is an amazing girl and couldn't ask for any more or less. I am not making any further comments about Nicole and myself. When the time is right you will be updated."

The twosome spent the entire weekend together, but apparently Jeff isn't as in to her as she might think!

A source reveals:

"I've known Jeff for a long time and the guy is a player. This whole Guido thing is something totally new. He's become a gym rat and hooked-up with Snooki to get popularity and fame. Let's face it, the guy wants to be a star."
