Oliver's pre-tax profits for 2008 were an astonishing 82% higher than his profits from the year before!!! The TV chef's book, Ministry of Food, and the global television distribution of his programs allowed Oliver to pay himself close to $2 million! Posted: 05 Aug 2009 04:45 PM PDT We're not saying she should get her dress ready for the Tony's, but Jessica Biel isn't totally offending our ears in her performance in Guys & Dolls shown here. Biel starred in her first musical-theatre production at the Hollywood Bowl this past weekend as Sarah Brown. And we'll admit, she wasn't that bad. But she wasn't great either. What do U think?

Ryan Seacrest Tweets His Sadness Posted: 05 Aug 2009 04:30 PM PDT We know most American Idol fans are feeling the sting of bitterness at the news that Paula Abdul is leaving the show. We have yet to hear how the other judges feel about the change, but thanks to Twitter, we can comment on how Ryan Seacrest took the news. Late last night, the Idol host tweeted: "about to go to sleep when I started seeing my blackberry blow up. I have read what u have read and I am shocked and saddened about paula" We gather not saddened enough to lend back some of your millions to make it work for Paula to come back though. He then hopped back on Twitter this morning to say more kind words about Paula. Too bad he couldn't muster to spell her name correctly: "Idol and the cast have grown with each other over the last 8 seasons..I can't imagine the panel without puala. She's a star @ a great friend" And finally, it should be a comfort for us all that our Abdrool can still lean on some of her Idol family for support: "Spoke to randy..hope to speak with paula privately overnight." Paris Hilton Gets Supernatural Posted: 05 Aug 2009 04:22 PM PDT What in the hell could she possibly be doing on this show???? It's been confirmed that Paris Hilton is slated for a guest spot on the CW's sci-fi thriller Supernatural this season. The show follows two brothers, played by Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, who are demon hunters. That leaves her two options: love interest or spawn of evil. Scream 4 Continues Minus Two Posted: 05 Aug 2009 04:15 PM PDT Scream creator Kevin Williamson has spilled some deets regarding the upcoming Scream 4! Williamson says he's still working on the script for the fourth installment of the film series, and we're not getting just one new Scream flick - we've been gifted with a whole new trilogy! Williamson explains how the new trilogy came to light: [Exec. Producer] Bob Weinstein has been bugging me a hundred billion years, "Let's do it. Let's do it." Wes [Craven] and I were like "no way." Then finally I was taking some time off, sitting around thinking "what if I had to do Scream 4?" I wasn't interested, [but then I thought] "a trilogy – now I'd be interested! Could we do that and develop a trilogy?" and then I started thinking about the story. I created three different chapters, broke it up and I got really excited. Scream 4 will pick up 10 years from where Scream 3 left off, according to the screenwriter. Wes Craven has yet to sign onto the project, considering the script has yet to be completed, but Williamson is more than positive Poppa Craven will attach his name to the film, whether he likes it or not! Kevin continues: Wes is a director who wants to read the script before he commits. And I think that's kind of where it sits right now. But I believe that with Courteney and David [Arquette] and me and the gang all back together again… Just from an emotional standpoint I don't see how he can pass it up, because I just think it would be too much fun for him. Because nothing has been more fun than making those movies. It's a family, and I think we agree that we can't go back and have a family without Dad at the head of the table. So I have a feeling that we're going to make him go. Between me, Courteney and David, we're gonna make him do it. Williamson also confirmed that both Neve Campbell and Jamie Kennedy will not be reprising the roles of Sidney and Randy in the new trilogy. We won't miss Kennedy, but bring back Sidney!!!

Katharine McPhee Goes Blonde! Posted: 05 Aug 2009 04:07 PM PDT Katharine McPhee is biologically a brunette and now chemically a blonde! Because blondes sell more records have more fun! The new look accompanies her new album, Unbroken, and McPhee says: "I've never dyed my hair before so this was a pretty drastic change. I've always been known as a brunette but I've been thinking about it for a long time and it kind of just fit with all of the searching with the music and experimenting that I would do the same thing with my look." She goes on and on about her hair and adds: "The look has affected the way I dress, it's inspired me to be more adventurous with what I decide to wear. It's silly that something so simple as changing your hair could have such a big effect." Big effect indeed! So what do U think? Should she keep the new look?

We hope that he was actually well enough to perform and not just pushing himself harder. Course, how could he not perform in his beloved Canada? We'd bet that 80% of the audience was made up of Degrassi fans. Whatever it takes, right Jimmy?!

Michael Misses His Photo Op Posted: 05 Aug 2009 03:30 PM PDT Looks like Michael and Dina Lohan know how to be civil. At least for a few hours. The loving parents ran into each other at a benefit event on Saturday and the incident went over amiably. For just a little while. Later that evening, Michael got offended when he was standing near Dina and one of her friends "pulled him away" from her as a photographer was approaching.
