It's about time! Kelly Rutherford and ex Daniel Giersch have managed to put their differences aside for their two children - at least until the settlement can be renegotiated next year! Under the agreement, Kelly and Daniel will both relocate from El Lay to New York from July 20th through April 5th while Gossip Girl is filming. The CW actress will reside in NYC while Giersch flees to the Hamptons. We hope they make time to meet up for their mandatory co-parenting counseling sessions!! They'll need it, since neither party can travel outside of the state without agreement from the other. Good luck, kiddies! We would like to see mommy and daddy get their shiz together!!! Tokyo has exceeded all our expectations - by far!!!!!!! This city truly is magical. We are in love! On Tuesday, we got to catch up with our GaGaloo!!! She just flew in from Europe and we went straight to get mani/pedis and for some girltalk. We enjoyed some champagne and some fierce pro nails (see above). Thankfully the diet is out the window this week, as we had a yummy lunch and an even yummier dinner with a few drinkies to celebrate Gagita's nine MTV VMA nominations. LG had an early morning Japanese TV appearance, so we bid her an early night at 11 PM and went out for more drinkies with Babydaddy of the Scissor Sisters, who just happened to be in Tokyo this week too. We met some dude who works with robots - for real - and whipped out his laptop and showed us the most amazing (and funny) presentation on all the new technology they are working on, that isn't even out in Japan yet! Such an amazing trip thus far. Thankfully we have through Sunday to continue the amazingness! Sending you all love from Tokyo! xoxo |

Legendary former news anchor Dan Rather is suing CBS!!! For $70 million dollars!!!! Rather has slapped CBS exec Les Moonves and the former news president for the station, Andrew Heyward, for fraud in the claim that he was made a scapegoat by CBS in the 2004 scandal of former prez George W. Bush's military record. Says Martin Gold, Rather's lawyer: "These are the two individuals who committed the crime on behalf of CBS and we're holding them personally responsible." The former news anchor originally sued the pair in 2007 for breach of contract, saying the network "damaged his future job prospects" when Rather was relieved from his position at CBS News in March 2005. CBS's response? Says a spokesperson for the network: "If anything, this latest tactic confirms that the whole charade is more a tiresome plea for attention by Rather than a serious lawsuit." Looks like Janet Jackson is ready to come swinging back into the public's eye again! She's not only relaunched her website, but she's got a couple projects in the works. Miz Jackson has a booking coming out which will provide "an intimate look at her life and how she has dealt with issues of self-esteem" along with a role in the sequel Why Did I Get Married Too. But more importantly, she has a new album slated for release in the first quarter of 2010! Glad to see she's gotten over that vertigo. Only good things from here we hope. [Image via WENN.] |

Ledger was friends with the band. The video was finished by his friends at The Masses, the creative company where Ledger was a partner. A year and a half after his passing, the video has finally been released. Check it out above!! Thoughts? |

Is Tyra Banks nervous about the competition? America's Next Top Model is stepping up their judges to replace ex-judge Paulina Porizkova. The show will feature one guest judge each episode, and two notables are Lauren Conrad and Kim Kardashian. LC we get because of the fashion line and experience. But Kim? She's not even the most stylish! Though she supposedly used to be a stylist. Kim and LC are probably the best they could do. ANTM has some new competition with Lifetime's Project Runway spin-off, Models Of The Runway. Which show will U tune into? Do Kim and Lauren make you more likely to watch ANTM? [Image via WENN.] |

If the remake of The Sound Of Music ever actually happens, count Cameron Diaz out. Apparently, Julie Andrews named Cameron as her top choice to play the role of Maria, should the movie get remade. Diaz said, "I don't know if I would do it because that is one of those awe-striking moments. Julie is amazing and I don't know if I could follow an act like that." You probably couldn't. Can you even sing well?? Pie-face went on to say that she's "very flattered that she even said that." As she should be! Maybe Andrews is getting old, because Cameron seems like the worst possible choice for that role. Stick to your guns, Cam. Stay away!!!! [Image via WENN.] |

New posters have been released for Bruce Willis's upcoming move, Surrogates. The premise of the film is that every human has a surrogate robot that lives out our life for us, but when someone starts to kill off the surrogates, Brucey boy has to go and get to the bottom of it. The only thing is that we think the posters are super misleading - the first poster is such a likeness of Angelina Jolie, but Angie's not in the movie!! The idea is that she's a picture of human perfection, which, as we all know, is true, but we think that when you put an actress' image on a movie poster, it tends to indicate that that actress is in the movie. Were U mislead by the posters?? Or does it look nothing like Ange? |
