Could Janet Jackson become the legal guardian of her brother Michael's three children??? Media outlets are claiming Miz Jackson has stepped up and offered to raise Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket, if the kids decide they would feel more comfortable being brought up by their aunt. Sources say Janet has grown quite close to the children since her brother's death and has even said, "I'll step forward and raise them if this is what they want." We think it'd be a million times healthier for MJ's kids to live with Janet rather than grandparents Katherine and Joe or Prince Michael and Paris' paternal mother Debbie Rowe!! The guardianship hearing is scheduled to take place in a Los Angeles Superior Court on August 3rd, after already being rescheduled three times since Jackson's death. Either our darling Robert Pattinson is terrible at mathematics or he's cheap as all hell! R-Patz and some pals grabbed a bite to eat at Il Cantinori in Greenwich Village last Tuesday and reportedly only left a $50 tip on their $350 bill!!! Not even 15%!! Even though the waiter described Pattinson as "nice and friendly," Robert and his friends closed the restaurant down by being the last diners in the Italian eatery after boozing on a $60 bottle of wine and numerous bottles of Italian beer with their food. Katherine Jackson could be seeking control of her son Michael's estate, even though his will states otherwise! Jackson's will, written in 2002, lists his attorney John Branca and music exec John McClain as the co-executors of his estate, but Katherine wants to know if she can legally "object the appointment" of Branca and McClain and "suggest an alternate appointment," according to a claim filed by Jackson's mother on Friday. The late King of Pop's estate is said to be worth more than $500 million!!!! MJ's will, however, states that anyone who contests it will be disinherited! A judge will decide whether or not Mrs. Jackson's claim can be pursued on August 3rd during the guardianship hearing for MJ's three children. Is rapper 50 Cent hard up for $$$$$???? Fiddy is desperate to unload his Farmington, Connecticut, mansion - which has been on the market for almost two years now! 50 purchased the 50,000 sq. ft. 19 bedroom mansion for $4.1 million and invested $6 million in repairs on the massive property, which the rapper says it originally had a "Miami Vice feel" to it. Fiddy fixed that shiz up and installed stripper poles and a disco!! The original asking price for the mansion was $18.5 million. He then dropped it to $14.5 million in 2008. A Starbucks in Seattle will begin serving beer and wine to their coffee-drinking customers starting next week! We love it!! If the Seattle boozehounds are into it, Starbucks are looking to expand the alcohol sales to other Starbucks locations in metropolitan cities across the country, with bottled beer and glasses of wine available for $4 to $7. Bring the booze to El Lay next, bbs!! The caffeinated giants claim the reasoning behind the alcohol sales is to give Starbucks a more authentic "European-style" coffeehouse feel, but we think $tarbucks are looking to make a quick buck!! Bless his cross-eyed heart! 29-year-old David L. Johnson was arrested and charged in Glen Falls, NY for the possession and sale of crack cocaine as well as one count of fourth-degree conspiracy. Classy fella! Johnson broke his parole from a previous narcotics charge with the arrest, so the drug dealer was locked up at Warren County jail with no bail. Even though the story behind Johnson's arrest is a bit of a snooze, his faboosh mugshot more than makes up for it! |
