Mel Gibson is expected in court tomorrow to, as we've reported, request full custody of his daughter, Lucia, and strip baby mamma Oksana Grigorieva, by claiming that she is unfit due to her public smear campaign against him! Geesh! These two are out of control! Frankly, at this point, we think that that poor child needs to be taken out of BOTH their custody! They clearly have no business parenting a child. After four months together, Kate Winslet and her boyfriend, model Louis Dowler, have reportedly called it quits, because the actress felt as though the two were getting too serious too fast and she wanted to focus on herself! A source explains: 'Louis was just the tonic Kate needed after her painful split from Sam and they had a wonderful time. However, they have realized their relationship isn't working and Kate needs space to be on her own. She is very grateful to Louis for helping her pick her life back up after her marriage ended and they had a lot of fun together, but she felt it had come to an end and wants to concentrate on her career and children. Kate felt she needed to go alone in the end and have time to herself. She feels she has rushed into things and wants to be alone to find out what it is that she wants.' Makes sense to us! Lee recently claimed: 'We would have real animal sex and then slow, intense lovemaking. We would lay there for hours in bed afterwards reading poetry and writing songs. She even said she wanted to marry me.' However, Waissel responded with the Tweet: Just a little p.s just so you do all know that Storm is gay so it does tickle me what ppl do to get publicity! Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1's weekend premiere has reportedly grossed $125.1 million at the domestic box office, pulling in over $20 million more than any previous film from the franchise in its opening weekend! That's absolutely INSANE! But well-deserved, of course! We can't even begin to imagine how much Part 2 is going to make! Thoughts??

Twilight Actor Assaulted At Fan Convention! Posted: 21 Nov 2010 03:00 PM PST We know that people get pretty angry about this franchise, but this is terrible! Twilight actor Bronson Pelletier, who plays Jared the werewolf, was BEATEN UP in the bathroom by a group of drunk men at the Eternal Twilight 4 fan convention in the Hilton Metropole Hotel in Birmingham, England! The attackers, who were guests at a wedding reception also being held in the hotel, allegedly was left with a broken nose! Authorities apprehended the men, who were later released on bail. A source explains: "Bronson was really angry and upset… These guys were very nasty. They were so drunk they probably didn't even realize they were picking on a Hollywood actor. The convention was full of teenage girls and geeks desperate to see their Twilight heroes so no one expected this sort of trouble." Poor thing! Our most beloved Snooki Snickers celebrated her birthday in New York City last night, and Sean Kingston was on hand to treat the Jersey Shore star to a surprise performance of his new song "Party All Night (Sleep All Day)!" Apparently, the guidette was overwhelmed and being mobbed for the majority of the night, and it wasn't until the singer invited her up on stage to dance with him that she started having a good time! Are Felicity Huffman And Teri Hatcher Leaving Desperate Housewives?! Posted: 21 Nov 2010 02:20 PM PST Wow! We can't believe that they'd want to walk away from such a successful show! Sources close to the production of Desperate Housewives are reporting that lead actresses Teri Hatcher and Felicity Huffman are both making arrangements to exit the series after next season! Insiders explain: 'Teri has given in her notice and is making active preparations to move on. She has another production deal in the pipeline and she is in the early stages of developing a sitcom that she wants to start work on immediately after she finishes Desperate Housewives – she wants a new show in time for the mid-January pilot season. Desperate Housewives can't really continue without Teri or Felicity because they need the original stars to pull in the ratings. She says she had an amazing run on the show but feels it is time to move on to a project that she has more control over.' Meanwhile, an ABC spokesperson responded to reports with the statement: 'We are working on the next season at the moment and we haven't got anything to say about the one after.' Uh-oh! That doesn't sound too good! We hope it's not true! The show would be an absolute disaster without them - they might as well just end the show! It's had a pretty good run, though, so I guess we can't complain! What do U think?? Would U want to watch Housewives without Hatcher or Huffman??

The Pope Says Condoms Are Cool - If You're A Male Hooker! Posted: 21 Nov 2010 02:00 PM PST Wow! According to a new book-length interview, Light of the World: The Pope, the Church, and the Signs of the Times, Pope Benedict XVI says that he believes that the use of condoms can be justified - as long as you're a male prostitute and don't want to spread disease! In the six-day interview with Peter Seewald, he said: "There may be a basis in the case of some individuals, as perhaps when a male prostitute uses a condom, where this can be a first step in the direction of a moralization, a first assumption of responsibility. It's a first step in a movement toward a different way, a more human way of living sexuality." It may seem kind of silly, but it's definitely a step in the right direction for the Roman Catholic Church! Let's hope that this kind of tolerance is only expanded upon further! What do U think??
