| T-Swizzle Is Keeping It Casual With Jakey! Posted: 27 Oct 2010 05:30 PM PDT
This is probably for the best! For anyone who's listened to Taylor Swift's latest album, it's pretty clear that gurl's had a lot of heartache, so we're happy to hear from sources that the cutie pie isn't taking her weekend excursions with Jake Gyllenhaal too seriously! The insider explains:
Smart move, bb! Take some time for yourself, be single, and most importantly, have fun! You're only young once! Go out and celebrate that uber-successful, critically acclaimed album you just released, no need to be bogged down with stressful relationships! Thoughts?? [Images via WENN.] |
| Adam Lambert Goes Acoustic For Thanksgiving Posted: 27 Oct 2010 05:20 PM PDT
Adam Lambert has hit the studio again, and this time he's going acoustic! Here's what Lambert had to say about his upcoming album:
More from Lambert:
We're def curious to hear what our Glambert will sound like when he goes acoustic. How do U feel about an acoustic Glambert album? [Image via WENN.] |

Chris Pine hotness!!! Last night, Chris attended the premiere of Unstoppable in Westwood and looked so smoking, we can't believe the red carpet didn't go up in flames! Delish! [Image via WENN.] |
| Another WIN For Constance McMillen! Posted: 27 Oct 2010 05:00 PM PDT
Excellent! A federal judge has ordered Mississippi's Itawamba County School District to pay the $81,000 in legal fees and expenses that Constance McMillen incurred after having to bring them to court for banning her from her high school's prom - all because she wanted to bring her girlfriend as a date! As they should! We're so thrilled that justice has been served! Discrimination and bigotry have no place in this country, and ESPECIALLY not in schools! Congratulations, bb! A well-deserved victory! EQUAL RIGHTS FOR ALL. [Image via AP Images.] |
| Um, Since When Is Melanie Griffith Crap-Inducing? Posted: 27 Oct 2010 04:50 PM PDT
On Monday night's Dancing With The Stars, Maksim Chmerkovskiy had a situation with his pants. No, not because he was wearing the tightest pair of leather slacks we've ever seen. Apparently, he was introduced to Melanie Griffith in the audience and the encounter almost made him "crap himself." His words, not ours! He explains:
Okaaaaay. But if you knew exactly who she is, then why did you get so excited??? We kid, we kid. We know she's a big deal…somewhat. OMG! Imagine if she had brought Antonio with her? They would have had to change his pants twice! [Image via WENN.] |
| Most Unnecessary Video Game Ever Posted: 27 Oct 2010 04:40 PM PDT
Throughout the years, Nintendo has been the platform for some of the most memorable video game characters in history, including Super Mario, Link, and Donkey Kong. Now, with Zoo Games' DS game Silly Bandz, we'll have some new characters to add to that list, including rabbit, dinosaur, and turtle! We're REALLY not sure how badly the world needed a video game adaptation of Silly Bandz rubber bands, but regardless…now we've got one. In the game, players are sent on tasks to free "Bandz" from capture by launching other Silly Bandz at the structures in which they're trapped. Yeah, it's pretty The games will ship with a set of twelve actual, not-virtual Silly Bandz, based on characters from the video game The game will also be released on iPhone, for all of you iPhone users out there who are also avid Silly Bandz enthusiasts. Will U pick up the Silly Bandz game for DS? If not, what would U prefer to spend $29.99 on instead? |
| Sugarland Beats Kings Of Leon In The Charts Posted: 27 Oct 2010 04:35 PM PDT
Good news for country duo Sugarland as they've taken the number one spot on the Billboard 200 albums chart. Their album The Incredible Machine sold 203,000 last week and knocked Kings of Leon down to the number two spot with Come Around Sundown. But good luck staying on top. Insiders are already projecting that Taylor Swift's Speak Now will most likely have the largest sales week of the year when it's released next week. [Image via WENN.] |
| Dear Texas, This Is Truly Effed! Posted: 27 Oct 2010 04:35 PM PDT This is absolutely sickening. And truly upsetting. Check out (above) a clip from KETK-NBC, a news station in East Texas, which features news anchors inviting viewers to call in and give their opinion on the 'hot topic question' - "Do you think the acceptance of homosexuality will be the fall of America?" It's truly disheartening to hear so many people with such intense hate in them, all over something that they outright refuse to try and understand. And for that, our sentiments tend to echo the comments of one of the more rational viewers to call in, who said "I think the true downfall of this country will because of the religious right, and their extremist views." Thoughts?? |

After seeing Tom Cruise dance as Les Grossman in Tropic Thunder, we DEFINITELY want to see this! New Line has offered Cruise a supporting role in a film adaptation of the Broadway play Rock of Ages. If he takes the part, he'd be playing a singing bartender, who would totally rock out, 80s style! Do we think he'd be good in a musical? Maybe. Are we extremely curious to see this? Absolutely! Give it a shot, Tom! You're doing another Mission: Impossible, which is fine, but now it's time to try something new! Would U like to see Tom Cruise in a musical? [Image via WENN.] |
