It seems like just yesterday we were seeing pics of Kim Kardashian getting cozy with her former flame, Dallas Cowboy, Miles Austin. But now, it's already OVAH between the two as a source says "they broke up about a week ago" before Kim jetted off to Paris to promote Keeping Up With the Kardashians. The source adds that Kim is "taking a break" and "it's typical after a break up for Kim to take some time by herself." Ricki Lake's Malibu House Burns Down! Posted: 18 Sep 2010 02:30 PM PDT But thankfully everyone's OK! Ricki Lake's Malibu rental home went up in flames Saturday morning after a couch was caught on fire. She was able to escape along with her two sons and their dog. Lake told authorities that she was trying to refuel a portable heater when the couch caught fire. The flames quickly spread, destroying the rest of her home. Her rep says that she "lost many personal items, but is grateful that everyone is okay." She is currently staying with friends. We're not sure why she was handling fuel so close to her furniture, but we're just glad she and her family got out safely. [Image via WENN.]

Senator John McCain's daughter, Meghan McCain, spoke out about her stance on Don't Ask, Don't Tell on her Twitter page and this is what she had to say: I am a supporter of LGBT rights and am against DADT - I fight every day. Until you are the daughter of a republican senator - don't assume what I do and the stances I take are ever easy. I love my family and I love the gay community. There's a lot of anger being projected at me personally for my father's stance on DADT. I love my father very much and we disagree. Project your anger at politicians and the president you elected, because last time I checked - Obama isn't exactly advocating for LGBT rights or removing DADT. Thank you for finally giving us your opinion on Don't Ask, Don't Tell and for your support of the LGBT community. We may not agree with John McCain's politics, but he did raise one smart cookie! P.S. Teresa Giudice's Husband Sentenced To 10 Days In Jail! Posted: 18 Sep 2010 01:57 PM PDT She really married herself a winner, didn't she? Well, we guess they're just two peas in a pod! The husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice has been sentenced to 10 days in jail for driving with a suspended license. Moron! In January, Joe Giuidice had his license taken away for 12 months when he was charged with a DUI after crashing his car into a telephone pole. Guess he just couldn't wait a whole year to get behind the wheel again! Besides the 10 days in jail, the judge also ordered him to pay a $1,000 fine and his license will be suspended for at least one more year. The True Blood vamp once referred to RPatz's Twi-vamp as a "pussy" and "the Diet Coke of vampires." Of course, the Twi-hards got all bent out of shape about it and the media even got involved, speculating that Stephen was also taking shots at RPatz. Well, Vampire Bill wants to clear the air and explains he was only joking, since he has never even met Rob. When asked about if he actually called Edward Cullen a "pussy," Stephen said: "I really did. But just his character. The truth is, you get asked and asked and asked this stuff. One day I was with my daughter in the car and the paparazzi stood in front of me so I couldn't drive away. I had to give them something. I haven't even seen Twilight. I don't know the books but all I know is that Edward drinks cow blood instead of human blood. So I went, 'He's a pussy, he doesn't even drink real blood, he's the Diet Coke of vampires'.
