AEG Responds To Jackson Family's Lawsuit. Posted: 16 Sep 2010 05:20 PM PDT AEG has responded to the lawsuit filed against them today by the Jackson family that blames them for the death of Michael, and it sounds like they're having none of the accusations whatsoever! Their lawyers claim that Katherine's lawsuit is "inaccurate, unsubstantiated and meritless," and continues: "Dr. Murray was Mr. Jackson's longtime personal physician. AEG did not choose him, hire him or supervise him. That said, and in honor of our professional relationship with Mr. Jackson and his Estate, we will have no further public statements." This is all just becoming too much! We understand that the Jackson family wants answers, as most do when someone as young as Michael passes, but come on! We hope that they focus on the process of healing and coming to terms with their grief, instead of focusing on all of those ridiculous legal and monetary issues! So sad. Image via WENN.]

FOX has announced that next Wednesday, American Idol host Ryan Seacrest will be unveiling the new line-up of judges for the coming 10th season of Idol. Course, he could also just save his breath and just nod when we say it's set to be Steve Tyler, Jennifer Lopez and the original dawg, Randy Jackson. Tumor Be Damned! Michael Douglas Going To Wall Street Premiere! Posted: 16 Sep 2010 04:40 PM PDT We're sure as long as he takes it easy, he'll be okay. Michael Douglas' publicist, Allen Burry, has come out to confirm that his client is set to walk the red carpet for his new movie Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps next Wednesday, despite being diagnosed with throat cancer. As far as his progress, Allen acknowledges that the chemo has taken a lot out of Michael and that he is having to work through his illness on a "day-to-day" basis. However, despite his grueling treatments, Michael has determination and is making effort to be ready for the premiere. Allen explains: "He would like to attend the premiere and show his support for the movie. He knows that's part of the job and he's proud of the movie." What a trooper! It will begin shooting next year and James will also serve as a producer. The film centers around a physics teacher and in order to save his best friend's job and the music program his students love from drastic cutbacks, he moonlights as a mixed martial arts fighter. Amer Haddadin, the man who sold the house to Nadya's dad and still holds the note, is owed $7,500 and is "ready to evict." The house was almost foreclosed on her a few months ago because she failed to pay a $450,000 payment due in March. Nadya's reps talked Amer into giving her an extension until October 9th as long as she made her payments on time.
