After several failed attempts with in-vitro fertilization, Celine Dion's rep has confirmed that she is pregnant with twins! Hubby Rene Angelil says, "We're ecstatic. | Charlie Sheen's Plea Deal Could Send Him To Jail Posted: 30 May 2010 02:00 PM PDT
Charlie Sheen's lawyers and prosecutors are currently hashing out four different plea deals that Charlie can choose from in his domestic violence case. His first option includes pleading guilty to a misdemeanor and serving 30 days in an Aspen jail. If he enters the plea as early as June 7, he would immediately being serving his time, which could be lowered to 17 days with good behavior. Other options include receiving a "deferred prosecution," which means the case would not move forward, however Charlie would have to agree to several conditions, including not breaking the law. And we all know how hard that is for Charlie, so option #2 might not be the best idea!! The other option would have Charlie plead guilty to a misdemeanor, but instead of agreeing to a short jail sentence, he'd be on probation for 2 years, which is a concern for Charlie's reps because if he does slip up, he'd be serving a much longer sentence than just 30 days. And finally, he can just take the case to trial and fight it, which might not be the best idea. Sources are saying that Charlie is upset that Tito Ortiz got away with what he thinks was a lot worse than what he allegedly did to his wife. He should just plead guilty and do the time! It was earlier reported that Hulk Hogan had severe back pain and pals were unsure whether or not he would ever wrestle again. But reports are saying now that he's recovering well and has returned home after a successful spinal surgery earlier this week. Sources say he underwent a four-hour operation to remove bone growths that had come loose from his spine, which was causing the wrestler's severe pain. Ouch! That sounds painful! Some guy who is complaining that Beyonce and the production crew on her video for Why Don't You Love Me ruined his daily routine by "invading his neighborhood…waking him out of a peaceful sleep at 7 AM." So now he's suing them. For thousands of dollars. Philip Markowitz claims that the crew blocked his driveway several times a day and he even "missed several business calls while arguing calmly in his driveway." LOLs! A source says "he demanded compensation for the trespass on his property and the inconvenience and delay he had already suffered." HIGHlarious! Good luck on winning that one, buddy! A source close to LeAnn Rimes has said that the cheater and sometimes singer has sent a cease and desist letter to Eddie Cibrian's soon-to-be ex-wife Brandi, citing allegations of slander. LeAnn's lawyers insisted that Brandi respond to the letter in five days or else LeAnn will move forward and pursue legal action, asking the court to grant a gagging order. A source close to Brandi denies the accusation, saying, "Brandi has been nothing but nice to LeAnn. She let her kids go to Mexico with them, and she is genuinely happy that they like her. If they didn't, then she would be upset." The source explains that the allegations actually stem from before the married couple's split when Brandi said that LeAnn was "stalking" Eddie because at the time she was still unaware of her husband's relationship with the Rimes. Well, how dare she say anything negative about her own husband's girlfriend!! LeAnn's sources of course deny any of that saying that the cease and desist letter was sent "months and months of Brandi speaking about LeAnn in the press and telling lies.
