On top of effing over his wife and impregnating his mistress, John Edwards is about to be indicted by a Federal grand jury. And his estranged wife Elizabeth could even help sent him to jail! The douche is being investigated by the FBI and IRS for using campaign funds to pay his babymomma Rielle Hunter. An indictment is pretty much inevitable! "John is terrified that he's going to be indicted," claims a source. "While he believes he's done nothing illegal in trying to hide his extramarital affair with Rielle and their daughter, he thinks the Feds are going to make an example of him." Karma's a bitch! Ha! Mo'Nique recently opened up to Barbara Walters about her marriage to Sidney Hicks and why she doesn't feel the need to shave her legs! Here are some HIGHlights: On her open marriage to Sidney: "Let me say this: I have not had sex outside my marriage with Sidney. Could Sid have sex outside of his marriage with me? Yes. That's not a deal-breaker. That's not something that would make us say, 'Pack your things and let's end the marriage…' "We've been best friends for over 25 years, and we truly know who we are. Oftentimes, people get into marriages and they don't know who they're laying next to. I'm very comfortable and secure with my husband." On her hairy legs: "He loves the hairy legs and if Sid likes the hairy legs, there you go. I tried shaving one time, and it was so uncomfortable and painful. I said never again would I do that to myself. I'm 42 and I'm very hairy." On her potential Oscar speech: "I don't like thinking about that, because I'm big on the universe. Posted: 03 Mar 2010 04:37 PM PST Sources claim that that Percy Jackson kid, who in real life is named Logan Lerman, has officially been cast as the web-slinging superhero in the reboot of the Spider-Man movies, with Marc Webb, who made 500 Days of Zooey Deschanel, directing. The story reportedly takes place when Peter Parker and company are still at high school in Queens, because apparently the Tobey Maguire version didn't cover that. Oh wait. It did. Webb is also asking James Cameron if they can use the Avatar director's cameras for this mess. HA. We're sure Cameron is going to LOVE that. Jon Gosselin is bitching over the fact that Kate will be appearing on next season's Dancing With the Stars, but is masking his jealousy as concern for the kids! Like anyone would believe that for a minute. "Jon's angry because doing Dancing With the Stars will keep her away from the kids for days, and she still won't let him have any extra custody," Jon a "source" complained. Apparently they believe Kate is "obsessed with being a celebrity" and "doesn't stop to think about whether or not the kids will miss her." The insider says nannies will be watching over the children instead of Jon, which is not surprising. Sorry, Jon! Your uber-douchiness is coming back to bite you in the ass! His label, Gracie Productions, released this statement: "J-Kwon is a big part of the Gracie family, and we are obviously increasingly worried and want to make sure he is OK. We've already received thousands of e-mails from fans and supporters who are worried about J-Kwon, and we want everyone to know how much we appreciate the love and support. If anyone has seen J-Kwon or has access to him, please let him know we are worried about him, and to please let us know everything is OK."
