Kourtney Kardashian Felt "Trapped" With Scott!

Good riddance, we say! You have got one big hell of an extended family to help you out. You so do not need this jerk-off!

We mentioned yesterday that Kourtney Kardashian finally called it quits with her babydaddy after a very embarrassing and horrifying weekend in Vegas. Now, In Touch Weekly is giving a more detailed look at the last few weeks of their relationship, including Scott Disick's canoodling with other women and his excessive constant douchery.

Now that Kourtney is no longer pregnant, the whole "attentive boyfriend" routine is out the window and Scott has returned to his douchtastic ways. A friend of Kourtney's suggested that the Kardashian sister has been feeling "trapped" in her relationship with the father of her son, even after she learned he cheated on her with another woman. The source says, "Kourtney resents Scott for his behavior. They fight about almost everything when they're together."

That includes their baby and Kourtney's residual baby weight. The source claims that Scott is more concerned with his fame than his family, which is no surprise to us, and has basically left Kourtney to handle baby Mason all alone. He hasn't even gone as far as to feed or even hold the baby, unless a camera is around! And then there is the constant barrage of insults from Scott about Kourtney's weight gain. Never mind that she had to do it in order to carry their baby. No, it is much more important to Scott that he belittle her with merciless teasing. The source recalls:

"To him, it's joking, but to her it's taunting. She is really trying to lose it, but it isn't coming off as fast as she'd like. Scott said he's not attracted to her because she's fatter than she was when they were dating."

Asshole! Not cool at all!

CBS Snubs Gay Non-Profit Ad!

Yet Focus On The Family got airtime?! NOT cool!

The Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network PSA featuring Hilary Duff was not given a spot during the Super Bowl this year making it the second gay-oriented ad to be rejected after gay dating website ManCrunch.com was also denied.

What the eff?! This is unacceptable!

Actually, funny gal Ellen DeGeneres is the one making herself right at home at the Idol stage and has started making outrageous demands. Sources on American Idol suggest that Ellen has insisted that she get a $150,00 clothing allowance for custom-made clothing while she is on the show.

But will the Idol bosses foot that bill?

The sources says she won't be taking no for an answer: "Ellen feels it's only fair because Paula received a hefty allowance for hair, makeup and wardrobe."

Yes, but Paula wore more than just a pant suit every week. Not to belittle your style, girl, but this seems a little extreme!

Desperate Housewives Takes On Cancer

How touching for cast member Kathryn Joosten!

Joosten, who plays Karen McCluskey on Desperate Housewives, recently overcame lung cancer learning she was cancer-free this past January and now her character on the show will experience a similar situation.

But Mrs. McCluskey's story will have a happy ending as well!

Even though she will announce that doctors have found a spot on one of her lungs, she and her boyfriend Roy Bender played by Orson Bean will take off in a car with Susan Mayer (Teri Hatcher) and Mike Delfino (James Denton) and get married!

Joosten at 70-years-old is working closely with the staff writers to ensure that all the correct information about lung cancer is given to the audience through the content of the show.

Good for her!

Selena Gets Snubbed By Z-Listers

Poor Selena Gomez. She was just dissed by the cast of The Jersey Shore.

Turns out Selenita invited the cast to her New York show but they were too busy to attend.

While chatting on Dallas radio show, Kidd Kraddick in the Morning, on Monday, Selena revealed:

"I invited them to my New York show because I was like, 'OK, I have to invite the Jersey Shore to my New York show', and they called me back and they go, '[We're] booked 'til May."

Selena, who told you it was a good idea to even invite them? Besides, they only listen to house music they can fist pump to.

As for Selena, she added:

"When [I'm asked] if I'm competitive with other artists or other people, I'm like 'Why?' Why would I be competitive? We're both living dreams."

Live your dream, Selena. And hopefully that doesn't involve inviting the GTL team to any of your other concerts.

Carrie Fisher And Producer Battle It Out!

Her one-woman show Wishful Drinking may have been a huge hit, but that doesn't mean Carrie Fisher has no regrets! And her one just happens to be her producer, Jonathan Reinis!

Carrie claims that her producer has not fulfilled his contractual obligations and because he hasn't relinquished the rights of the show back to the writer/performer and she's forbidden to schedule further performances without his Reinis' involvement.

"As you can imagine, Jonny seems to be a bit cranky, which I figure is why he still hasn't paid me the remaining money he owes me," said Fisher of the $60,000 she believes she is owed for her NYC stint.

The actress only made $2,500 per week in the show, which is far less than many other successful actors are making on the Great White Way. The reason is that she was performing at a nonprofit theater as opposed to a commercial house, yet Reinis promised he would move the production to increase profits.

"For whatever reason, [he] was unable to get it done," Carrie said. "I don't know why, since I was told there was plenty of theater availability. So, his rights reverted back to me under our contract."

Ronald Feiner, Reinis' attorney, responded that, "It is our belief that she owes us a substantial amount in lost profits from what could be a lucrative tour. We have offers from Australia, Canada and theaters around the United States, but we are unable to close the deal because she will not perform the show."

The two of them butted heads several times throughout the run. The producer refused to pay for a car to take her home after the performance and eventually the theater had to cover the standard expense.

"Trust me, there are a lot of things in the contract I wasn't thrilled about," Fisher continued. "But I fulfilled my obligations, didn't miss one show and made a lot of money for my producer — from which I'm assuming he ultimately plans on making a donation to the Roundabout Theater Company."

"This isn't the first time I've had to force Jonny to fulfill his obligations under our deal. I hope he'll comply in this circumstance soon. This whole thing doesn't have to get ugly(er)," she divulged.
