Gay military rights advocate Lt. Dan Choi, who was under fire over the summer and not allowed to perform drills with his unit for not adhering to the RIDICULOUS "don't ask, don't tell" policy, is back with his unit. Choi was scheduled to appear at the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force's Creating Change Conference over the weekend but was personally called by his commander, who has been highly supportive of the Arabic translator and West Point graduate during his hearing, and asked him to rejoin drill duty and has been warmly welcomed back!! Choi says:

Heidi Klum is one busy lady and unfortunately cannot be two places at once! On Valentine's Day, the model will be 3,000 away from her hubby Seal while she films Project Runway in NYC. But he'll be just fine! "I'm making a very fun box of heart things. Kind of like an explosion of things: confetti hearts with cute underwear and chocolates," said Heidi. "It's a fun surprise box for him." And when asked about the new bb, she said she's fine - still breast feeding! But that's not the reason that mommy looks so good! "I never looked at breastfeeding in terms of, 'This is something that helps me.' Breastfeeding helps my child. The after effect: yes, you lose your weight in a normal manner. I think people blow it out of proportion," continued Heidi. She probably works her schnitzel off! "Everything gets made into so much drama about how a woman has her weight like before [she gave birth]," said the runway model. After helping the New Orleans Saints to victory in the Super Bowl, running back Reggie Bush and girlfriend Kim Kardashian plan to head out for a lovers' getaway. Bush Tweeted that he wanted to go "somewhere relaxing and tropical with massages and spas everyday!" and Kim chimed in on her Twitter with the request of "jet skiing and snorkeling too." Kim still sounds stunned about the Super Bowl saying:

| Conservation Group Saves Hollywood Land Posted: 09 Feb 2010 04:45 PM PST
A nature conservation group announced yesterday that they were able to reach a deal to purchase 138-acres of land known as Cahuenga Peak near the Hollywood sign and save it from being developed in luxury homes. The group, The Trust For Public Land, secured an option for the land for about $12 million from Chicago's Fox River Financial Resources. The conservationists have been able to raise about $6 million thus far, but they are hoping to raise the rest before the option expires in mid-April. If they are able to do so, the group will then transfer the land to the city of Los Angeles to be incorporated into Griffith Park. Here's hoping you guys can get the $$$ needed. Not that we're suprised, but this man will literally say ANYTHING so long as there's a camera in front of his face! Even that he's a deadbeat dad!! The world's best parents, Michael and Dina Lohan, went before a judge today in Nassau County, NY, to discuss the $15,100 Michael owes Orange Oprah in backed child support. Of course, Michael basically fessed up to everything to quicken the proceedings so he could - shocker - go outside and blab about it to the press, claiming "there is no animosity between Dina and I" and "she will get the money I owe her." Of course she's gonna make you pay up! Now that La Loca's career has been reduced to celebrity hoarding specials on The Insider and legging lines, how is Dina gonna afford to keep up her spray tanning? Ali's music career? Psssh. While at the premiere of his new flick Valentine's Day last night, Garry announced some possible plans to revamp the hit TV show Laverne and Shirley with some of his VDay stars. Jennifer Garner and Jessica Biel to be exact. And both of them are totally game! Garry said:
