John Travolta's Extortionist Begs For Mercy Money Posted: 28 Jan 2010 05:00 PM PST Neither a beggar nor a extortionist be! Both are pretty pathetic! Tarino Lightbourne, the man charged with extorting millions from John Travolta following his tragic son's death is pleading with the world to help him pay his legal fees. Right, like we don't have a million better things to spend our money on. According to Tarino, he has been unable to work since the Travolta case began and is struggling to support his family and keep his house. He has reached out to the press to send a message to the public, asking for help. He says: "Financially I haven't worked for a year now, since this case started. Everything has backed up now - my house is in foreclosure. My kids, it's hurting everybody and I'm appealing to the general public for some financial assistance to assist me with my attorney fees." Susan Boyle's brother John is worried about the lack of security surrounding Susan especially after the intruder incident. "I am very upset about the lack of security. Her management company are too busy counting the money Susan has made them to consider her safety. The family have told them several times that vast improvements need to be made to avoid something like this happening. "This it the second time something has happened to Susan at her home and it is extremely worrying. Susan is a massive world star and needs better protection. You look at what happened to John Lennon in New York - it's really worrying." While we LOVES us some SuBo — she's not really comparable to a Beatle! We think she'll be fine and so does SuBo! She says of the intruder incident: "I'm not going anywhere - nobody's pushing me out of my house. I'm absolutely fine but it was very concerning for everyone. Miley And Demi To Star In A Film Together! Posted: 28 Jan 2010 03:45 PM PST Not Demi Lovato! Miley Cyrus and Demi Moore are in talks to take on the lead roles in the comedy L.O.L.: Laughing Out Loud. The movie will be a remake of the 2008 French film about a 15-year-old girl who gets dumped and has a tumultuous relationship with her divorced mother. French actresses Sophie Marceau and Christa Theret played the mother-daughter duo in the original movie, written and directed by Lisa Azuelos-Allesandrin who will do the same for the Hollywood version. We're not sure what we think of the casting. Miley and Demi don't really resemble each other in our opinion. What do U think? P.S. Why didn't they cast Demi's 15-year-old Tallulah? Heidi Montag has been on the receiving end of a ton of hate mail regarding her plastic surgery! But husband Spencer Pratt is cheering up his wife while she's down. A source reveals: "Spencer ordered about seven bunches of flowers to cheer up Heidi because she'd received a letter or an e-mail saying that he plastic surgery was against God's will. Heidi's apparently very spiritual, so this kind of criticism really stings." Although Spencer's taken on the role of doting husband, the guy isn't too thrilled with his wife's look apparently. The source continues: "She looks like Cat Lady. It's all a little too much. Spencer loved how Heidi looked before this surgery.
