So we guess you're over doing films? We can't even remember the last one you were in!

(Maybe she can't get any film work! Yikes!)

Jennifer Lopez is filling up her professional calender with yet another TV guest spot. J.Lo will guest star on a March episode of How I Met Your Mother. She'll play Anita Appleby, "a no-nonsense self-help guru teaching women how to 'train' men in relationships through the power of denial."

Lets see if the writers can work in a song and dance number for her Neil Patrick Harris!

Not even Mr. Wolf can get out of this one!

Actor Harvey Keitel and his wife Daphna Kastner are being sued after failing to pay for planned renovations to their Tribeca home.

The couple owes $43,850 to Manhattan architect Robert Kahn who prepared designs, hired consultants and made cost estimates for the construction on their home.

Maybe they weren't pleased with the designs because they must have the cash?

Right?

Black Eyed Peas Sued AGAIN For Plagiarism

Posted: 27 Jan 2010 04:45 PM PST

This shiz has got to stop — or are they just going to pay off everyone for using their ideas?

The Black Eyed Peas are being sued for plagiarism again! A copyright infrigement lawsuit has been filed by Ebony Latrice Batts aka Phoenix Phenom and Manfred Mohr against each of the Peas individually and collectively.

Phoenix and Manfred claim that their song "Boom Dynamite" is incredibly similar to BEP's "Boom Boom Pow." Their attorney states:

"My clients submitted their copyrighted song "Boom Dynamite" to Interscope Records after Interscope had shown interest in some of their music, and the Black Eyed Peas later copied the song when they wrote "Boom Boom Pow." A simple listening of the two songs will tell you that the songs are substantially similar, and that the hooks of the two songs are virtually identical in rhythm and lyrics."

Phoenix and Manfred are seeking unspecified damages, disgorgement of profits and punitive damages.

The songs sound A LOT alike and the Peas are probably going to have to pay up big time! Listen for yourself above!

Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart share a steamy kiss in their upcoming film The Runaways and Dakota thinks that it was no biggie. The actress reveals:

"It wasn't that big of a deal. It's just another part of the story. This kiss was passionate — Joan [Jett] and Cherie [Currie] were just as close as two could get."

Dakota also says she was happy to keep all of her outfits featured in the movie and K-Stew even pocketed some goodies:

"I kept most of my wardrobe because it is so cool. I know Kristen took some items too, like dog and cat collars. I'm not sure when she plans to wear them but she'll be rocking quite a look when she does."

Kinky! Maybe K-Stew swiped one for rumored beau R-Patz?

We may need to have a talk with former *NSYNC-er Lance Bass.

Resembling a 15-year old mall goth in the middle of an adolescent emotional breakdown????

Oh booooy.

Could someone please pass Lance a big jar of cold cream ASAP?

There's a cutie hiding under there somewhere!

Brittany Murphy's Husband To Sue Warner Brothers For Wrongful Death!!

Crazy. So, so sad, and crazy.

Simon Monjack, husband of Brittany Murphy, is planning on suing Warner Brothers for wrongful death of the 32 year old actress.

According to Monjack and Brittany's mother, Sharon, Brittany's unexpected heart attack in December was caused by the stress of Warner Brothers having cancelled her contract. Murphy had begun production on a sequel to Happy Feet when she was let go.

In a recent interview, Monjack goes into the details surrounding what happened the morning of Brittany's death and disputes what he claims are rumors and falsities about his character.

On Monjack showing up drunk on set and getting Murphy fired from The Caller:

"The reports about the Puerto Rican set are fantasy. I was never, ever drunk there. What I did do was demand they follow union rules and after she had worked 12 hour days, six days a week, that she get the breaks she was entitled to. I was 'difficult' because I was the enforcer to protect Brittany. She was far too nice to stand up to directors and producers who wanted her to work to exhaustion. Warner Brothers relied on conjecture and hearsay about the Puerto Rico film for why they cancelled Brittany's role in Happy Feet. You're disposable as an actress or actor."

The morning she passed away:

"I came running in. I immediately started doing CPR. I felt a tiny heart beat. I was pushing with the heel of my hand. And every second I pushed, I felt my hand become stronger and her heart weaker. And then it stopped. And I kept pushing. She died in my arms. I knew she was dead. I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, to lose the love of your life in front of your eyes. I was out of it? You bet. It was all a surreal nightmare."

On not wanting an autopsy:

"It was nothing sinister at all. I just looked at Sharon's grieving face, and there was no way either of us wanted them to cut open this perfect 32-year-old girl. It wasn't about hiding anything; it was just the horror of thinking of what they would do to her body."

On claims that he used her for her money:

"When Brittany died she had 60 pieces of unworn Louis Vuitton. The dog had Louis Vuitton. This was all me. We kept our money separate. When I took Brittany out shopping, I paid for everything."

On claims that he ruined her career:

"Brittany's films had grossed $100 million before she met me. But her career had ended before then. She had gone through four or five agents by the time we met, and she had made a lot of indies that went straight to video. She hadn't earned millions in years, and when we met she was struggling financially, from a series of bad investments. She trusted some people who she shouldn't have. There are people in Hollywood living off of young successful boys and girls and getting them to invest in things they shouldn't."

That Murphy was abusing substances:

"In all the time I've known her, she has never, and I repeat NEVER, done drugs. Not a line of cocaine, not a hit from a joint, nothing. She was anti-drugs. There are no drugs involved. If any were, I would not be on the phone with you. The drug rumors made her lose roles, I'm sure. All she wanted to do was to make movies. She was waiting for the role that would revive her career, waiting for the call from Penny Marshall or Guy Fleder, people she had worked with before, that they might remember how talented an actress she was and call with a new magical role. There's always some new girl getting off a bus. In Hollywood, girls like Brittany are disposable."

Murphy's mother goes on to say,

"I loved my daughter more than life itself. Simon was her soul mate, the love of her life. They don't understand that in Hollywood because it was something real."

Wow. This is a rare occasion where we don't know what to think.

Regardless, the details surrounding Murphy's death are becoming more and more tragic, and we don't think filing a lawsuit against a studio as MASSIVE as Warner Brothers is going to help anyone come to terms with this unbelievable loss.

What do U think? Is Simon shady or do U believe his side of the story?

YESsica's Rep Confirms Film Walk-Out!

Posted: 27 Jan 2010 04:00 PM PST

But she cops out from admitting her client hates her own acting!

A rumor came floating out of Utah this weekend that Jessica Alba walked out of a screening of her own film with a group of other audience members because the film was so shockingly violent.

Her rep has come forward to confirm that Jessica did leave the theater prior to the end of the film, but only because she had already seen it. The rep said in a statement this morning:

"This rumour is silly and not accurate at all. Jessica had seen the final version of the film just prior to coming to Sundance and was pleased with the outcome. She came in to support the film and the filmmakers by introducing the screening, which she did, and left right after to get home to her family in L.A., as planned."

Ok, we'll buy it. Mostly because we're certain this was just a PR ploy to get the movie some buzz.

Brooke's Mom Speaks, Getting Massages

Uh, huh!

So that's what they're calling rehab nowadays!

Charlie Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller is staying at the Two Dreams Outer Banks center which is described on the Web as "a comprehensive wellness program providing exemplary care for individuals who dream of recovery from addictive disorders or co-dependent behaviors."

Her mother Moira Fiore says:

"Brooke is having a massage right now. I insisted she come with me for some stress reduction based on suggestions from her doctors. …I don't want my daughter to have a nervous breakdown."

AKA Rehab!

If it walks like a duck and does drugs like a duck…
