Bahumbug! What happened to the Christmas spirit???? On Friday morn, wacktor Charlie Sheen got all Scrooge and was arrested in Aspen, Colorado, for a reported incident of domestic violence against his wife, Brook Mueller. Sheen booked for second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief. However, a rep for the actor says, "Do not be mislead by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day. It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion." Charlie is being held with no bond, and he will remain in jail until his court appearance due to Colorado law which mandates a protection order between those arrested for domestic violence and their victims. His ex, Denise Richards, must be having a very Merry Christmas! |

LOLs! Friends of Chicago man Louie Saunders thought it would be hilarious to play a Christmas prank on their buddy — and it is! It took 16 people, 35 rolls of wrapping paper and 8 hours to wrap all of the items in Saunders' apartment including couch cushions and the beer in the fridge while he was out of town! So far Saunders said he's only been able to unwrap about 10 percent of the packages, but he jokes that it's all stuff that he needs! Ho! Ho! Ho! [Image via Getty Images.] |

It's going to be a good one! American Idol is back on January 12 for a 2-night, 4-hour premiere event featuring the auditions from Boston and Atlanta. And there's quite a star-studded guest judge list! Not only is Ellen DeGeneres taking over for Paula Abdul for the whole season, but Victoria Beckham, Mary J. Blige, Kristin Chenoweth, Neil Patrick Harris, Joe Jonas, Avril Lavigne, Katy Perry and Shania Twain will all be guest judging throughout the season! We're looking forward to it - except for Avril! Will U be watching American Idol in 2010? |

Considering the massive amounts of holiday competition the movie would face, Paramount Pictures has decided to delay the expanded release of their film, The Lovely Bones. The flick will now go nationwide after the holiday season on January 15th. A smart move, we think. Such a dark flick is sure to be overlooked during the holidays. Don't U agree? |

How precious! In the spirit of the season, Paris Hilton has confessed to believing in Saint Nick until she was 16 years old! How did she keep from finding out for that long?! Even now, at the tender age of 28, she still insists that her mother, Kathy Hilton, put out a stocking for Santa Claus on Christmas. But while she may have outgrown the stories of reindeer and the red suit, Paris still finds Christmas to be a special time of year for her family and those close to her she considers family:
