Still sounds like he acted like an ass! KISS member Gene Simmons was on the receiving end of a temporary restraining order filed by Nathan Marlowe and Cynthia Manzo who claimed that Simmons tried to kill them! The three of them were at The Grove shopping center in El Lay on December 19 when Marlowe came up to Simmons and asked him about "his public persona about monogamy." It was then he claims Simmons grabbed him by the throat followed by a headbutt before choking him and saying "I will kill you." Marlowe then says Simmons also grabbed his wife Cynthia by the throat and said the same thing to her before taking their camera! Well, it was kind of a douchey question if you ask us! The judge rejected the temporary restraining order application citing that the couple didn't show "a threat of future harm." Case closed and lesson learned! Don't eff with Gene! Not the most shocking news we've heard, considering the circumstances to which she hooked up with Brad Pitt, but it's interesting to hear her discuss it. Angelina Jolie revealed to a German mag that she feels open relationships work just as well as traditional marriage, if not better, as there is more freedom to be, well, open to other people! She was quoted as saying:
Um, you might want to restrict each other a little bit. You have kids now, and if someone strays, the ones that will really miss out are those little ones. Hopefully, this is some justification for past actions and not a glimpse into what the future may hold. [Image via WENN.] |

Lindsay Lohan debuted her new boytoy last night at her kid sister's 16th birthday party in NYC! Model Adam Senn met the entire Lohan clan when he arrived on the arm of Lilo to celebrate Ali Lohan's birthday. Word is things went smoothly for Adam and Lilo, who were very affectionate all evening and were well received by everyone at the party. We also hear that Adam got his first taste of the Lohan crazy when mom Dina Lohan got into a huge argument with Ali and the birthday girl stormed out. Witnesses say, with much surprise, that it was actually Dina who couldn't control herself with the booze, not Lindsay. One recalled:
We bet! But not like we have to tell you Adam, but daughters tend to take after their mothers. Just saying. After the party was over, the couple stayed behind for some alone time. They stayed at the restaurant until way after midnight and sources say they looked "very happy" together. Well, we'd love nothing more than to see Lindsay put her life back on track. No reconciliation between father and son this holiday. The stars of the hit show, American Chopper, are fighting amongst themselves this Christmas with a nasty lawsuit Paul Teutul, Sr. is suing his son, Paul M. Teutul, claiming they had a deal in which he could buy back his boy's stock in their motorcycle company, Orange County Choppers Holdings, Inc. Paul Sr. sent his kid a letter saying he was now exercising this option, but according to the lawsuit filed, Paul Jr. isn't giving in that easily. Now, Daddy is suing his kin for over $1 million in damages along with demanding an order from the judge forcing his son to hand over his stock. A family torn apart over money - a tale as old as time. They must be crazy to want to take this little piece of heaven off the air! The New Jersey Italian American Legislative Caucus has sent a letter to the president of Viacom, MTV's parent company, requesting that the network cancel its runaway hit Jersey Shore because it is "wildly offensive." LOLs! It's no more offensive than any of MTV's other programming! Teen Mom and The Real World, anyone? The state lawmakers are also asking advertisers to boycott the show because it "promotes derogatory ethnic stereotypes." Well, we LOVE this trainwreck! Stick to your guns, MTV!
