While visiting Cape Town, South Africa, David Beckham took some time to attend Coaching for Hope, a program that raises HIV awareness techniques and uses soccer to help create a better future for youth.

After his visit Becks said:

"It is amazing to visit a project like this and see the effect football has on young people. Football has the power to change lives and these youngsters are able to learn valuable lessons through their love of the game.

I feel privileged to have met these children and despite the fact we come from different backgrounds we share a love for the game of football.

Aids is a very real problem in places like Khaylitsha and football must ensure it does whatever it can to help educate young people of its dangers and make a difference."

Hopefully this visit was able to lift his spirits after receiving the devastating news that his grandfather passed away.

Jay Leno Is Attacked By Twi-Hard!!!

Posted: 03 Dec 2009 05:15 PM PST

It probably would be safer if the entire cast of The Twilight Saga carried around tasers.

Check out this skit from The Jay Leno Show last night, featuring the delish wolfpack and one typical, overzealous Twi-Hard. (above)

Other queries included whether Glambert was straight and if Gagaloo was a man!!!

And we can tell you with 100% certainty that both statements are incredibly false!!!

SJP Regrets Doing SATC 2?!?!

Regret may be too strong of a word, but that's what Sarah Jessica Parker revealed in a recent interview when discussing her work schedule and the toll it's taking on her family and herself.

The big strain was the time spent away from her now 4-month-old twins, Tabitha and Marion.

Sarah feels she hasn't spent enough time with the little ones, which she describes as total opposites joking "one would prefer to be held 24 hours a day, and the other is already suffering from type A issues."

According to Parker, the filming schedule for Sex and The City 2 was too hectic.

When asked about the having the twins and her career, Sarah simply replied:

"It's been amazing but complicated because of my current work schedule, which I have enormous regrets about."

But even with the doubts and the regrets, she knows that this next installment of Sex and City will be more fun and more sexy than the last"

"The first movie had a lot of sadness in it, and it was very brave about breaking the rules of romantic comedy. This one is very much the antidote for that: It's a romp – it's the idea of women's and men's roles in marriage, and old traditions versus new ones. The story is really fun, but it's also about something"

We hope SJP gets herself a little break to spend with those babies now. Sounds like she deserves some mommy time!

Katy's Feeling The Pressure

Of that dress on her boobs!

Clearly, a bra was not a viable option for Katy Perry last night when she showed up at the Grammy Awards concert in that dress.

The dress looks a bit too small for her breasts. And the right boob looks a little smooshed!

If you take care of your tittays Katy, they will take care of you!

But we are loving your new hair style with those short bangs!

ABC Making Artists Sign Glambert-Inspired Contracts!

In the aftermath of Adam Lambert's AMA performance, Disney/ABC Television Group wants to make sure that they never face this sort of controversy again.

So, in order for them to put the kabosh on boys getting frisky with each other, company president Anne Sweeney is taking steps to ensure that artists are contractually obligated to have their live performances match their rehearsals.

"We certainly don't want to suppress artistry at any level, but we also have to be very cognizant of who our audience is," said Sweeney.

Riiiight.

That's what all the homophobes say!!!

Rudolph & His Red Honker Still Have It!

There was a Christmas miracle last night and we're not just talking about the lights going on at Rockefeller Center last night.

No, it seems the holiday season is most definitely upon us and while NBC pulled in bigger ratings with the Christmas at Rockefeller Center special than they have all year (thank you NABET), it was CBS who won the night by broadcasting the classic Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer.

That crazy claymation reindeer brought in 10.7 million viewers at the 8 o'clock spot, with the tree at 30 Rock close behind with 8.8 million viewers.

Suck on that, Frosty! Let's see how well you do!

Douche Calls 911 For Escort To Lil Wayne Concert!

Posted: 03 Dec 2009 04:22 PM PST

We wish this wasn't true!

Mensa member Michael Kruse was arrested for calling 911 to request a police escort for his 350 mile trek to the Lil Wayne concert in Miami.

Ya know, because he didn't want to get stopped for speeding!!

And when his request was denied, he asked for a helicopter!

Sigh.

Watch the video (above) for the conversation that'll make you lose faith in humanity!

Johnson & Johnson Heiress Denies Charges

Casey Johnson has revealed to Page Six that she did not steal from ex-BFF Jasmine Lennard.

Shocking.

Jasmine claims Casey entered her Hollywood residence and stole "clothes, shoes and jewelry - leaving a vibrator behind."

Eww!

The troubled heiress goes on to say:

"Everything she has said is 100 percent fabrication. It's not true. I've had a rough time. I've just got out of jail. It is a very serious thing she is charging me with, so I am not going to mess it up by telling my side - as much as I'd love to. But the truth is far different than what Jasmine Lennard has said."

O RLY?

We'd LOVE to hear your side, if you're sane enough to remember.

By the way how's your kid???
