Will Lady GaGa Change Grammy Rules? Posted: 01 Dec 2009 05:00 PM PST Seems to us like they should be changed! Lady GaGa has sold over 1.5 million copies of her debut album The Fame, but is ineligible for the Best New Artist category at this year's Grammy Awards because of her nomination for Just Dance last year in the Best Dance Recording Category. Last year, Jennifer Hudson shared a similar fate as she was snubbed from the Best New Artist category since she was previously nominated in the Outstanding Motion Picture Soundtrack Compilation category for Dreamgirls. And now Grammy president Neil Portnow is addressing the controversy, stating: "This particular issue in the Best New Artist category is on our radar and I would expect changes to address it in next year's voting." No Sex In J.Lo Sex Tape Posted: 01 Dec 2009 04:45 PM PST As we've previously reported, Jennifer Lopez is suing her ex Ojani Noa and his agent Ed Meyer for attempting to release a private tape that reportedly contained sexually explicit material of the two. But according to J.Lo's lawyer John Lavely "there wasn't anything close to sex" in the tape. So does this mean the her ex was telling the truth? Jenny's lawyer goes on to say the tape in question is "still private and personal to my client." We agree! Hopefully that temporary restraining order blocking the mooch from making money off their marriage becomes permanent! What do U think? Should he be allowed to release personal tapes? Charles Gibson Leaving ABC World News Quietly As Diane Sawyer Takes Over Posted: 01 Dec 2009 04:00 PM PST They're trying to do the opposite of all the hoopla surrounding Katie Couric's takeover of CBS Evening News back in 2006! Charles Gibson will be leaving ABC World News on Friday, December 18th with Diane Sawyer swooping in the following Monday on the 21st. With the transition happening just a few days before Christmas as opposed to after the new year in January, ABC is hoping for a low-key change. This Is It DVD Scheduled For January Release Posted: 01 Dec 2009 03:45 PM PST The Michael Jackson documentary This Is It will be available for purchase on DVD on January 26, 2010. Too late to be a stocking stuffer for this year. The DVD features MJ's final performances in two documentaries, Staging the Return: Beyond the Show and Staging the Return: The Adventure Begins. The flick has grossed over than $70 million in the US alone, so hopes are high for DVD sales. Though releasing it after the holidays might hurt the numbers a bit. Will U be buying This Is It on DVD?

According to Regis' rep: "Everything went perfectly this morning during Regis' hip replacement surgery, and his doctor said that Regis couldn't be in better shape. Regis anticipates returning to LIVE! with Regis and Kelly soon after the first of the year, given the procedure's typical four-six week recovery time. Reefer Madness! Posted: 01 Dec 2009 02:45 PM PST You've never seen her like this before! A home video has surfaced of Marilyn Monroe smoking pot at a friend's house in New Jersey. The video is suspected to be from 1958 or 1959. New-York based collector Keya Morgan has purchased the footage for $275K and is putting it up for sale on eBay this week. The video shows a very relaxed Monroe spending time with her friends. She is passed the joint, takes a puff and then smells her armpit before laughing! The unidentified filmmaker, who had been keeping the video in his attic all these years, confirmed that the substance in the cigarette is marijuana: "I got [the pot]. It was mine. It was just passed around. It was not a party. It was just a get-together. You know, come over and hang out." Who knew that Marilyn was a marijuana fan?
