Shayne Lamas Arrested For DUI Posted: 15 Nov 2009 11:07 AM PST Shayne Lamas has taken publicity whoring to a new level! The daughter of Lorenzo Lamas and star of Leave It to Lamas was arrested on suspicion of DUI charges on Saturday night in Venice, but broke the news to the media herself! Lamas released the following statement to E! News (AKA the basic cable network her shitty reality show airs on): Early Saturday morning, after consuming one drink, I willingly drove through a mandatory check point on my way home with complete confidence of passing. However, the breathalyzer indicated that I was over the legal limit of blood alcohol content and was arrested onsite. I take full responsibility for my lack of judgment. I have always strived to be a role model for my friends, family and fans and have never nor will ever condone drinking and driving. I apologize for all those I have disappointed, including myself. Oprah Says She's Sorry Posted: 15 Nov 2009 10:30 AM PST In a very humble move, Oprah has publicly apologized to Robin Givens for the seemingly casual interview The Big O had with Mike Tyson back in October. Tyson told Oprah's audience that he wanted to "sock [Robin]" after an interview Givens gave to Barbara Walters, which the audience nervously laughed at. Givens was on Oprah last week, and discussed her frustration with Oprah's lackadaisical attitude towards her interview with Givens' former abuser. "I wouldn't be honest if there wasn't a part of me that wanted you to go, when he said, 'Oh, I've socked her before…' 'That's not right.' And it wasn't right, it was painful," Robin said to Winfrey. She continued: "He can say whatever about me… but there are so many women like me, in my situation, that I just feel when there is this laughter, if you are in that situation out there, it kind of lightens it." Oprah told Robin she believed the audience laughed because they were uncomfortable with the situation, but still offered Givens an apology. "In that moment, I will tell you, I felt that I should have said something. I felt that I should have said, 'Audience, that isn't funny…' so I regret it," revealed Oprah. Winfrey continued with her regrets: I would say to you and every woman, who has ever been hit, I feel that I did not handle that as well as I should have and I feel that I could have gone further and should have said more to clarify that what he was doing and what he was saying was wrong… So I apologize to you and I apologize to every woman who has ever been in that situation. Miz Franklin allegedly pulled some diva shiz before her performance at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame's 25th anniversary - the soul legend demanded the air conditioning be shut off hours before her performance at NYC's Madison Square Garden! Aretha left a string of angry voicemails to the promoters, threatening to cancel if her "elaborate demands" were't met! In one voicemail, Franklin is heard saying, "I am sorry that it is going down this way, but that's the way it's going down." ASU student Sean Sexton was arrested on the morning of October 28th after the crybaby shot an Airsoft rifle at a check-cashing storefront! Did Mr. Sniffles need his paycheck sooner than later??? Because direct deposit works wonders! Sexton reportedly caused over $15,000 in damage to the building and even shot at the officers before being arrested for aggravated assault and felony criminal damage. Suck it up!

Pro Skater's $$$$$ Embezzled By CFO! Posted: 15 Nov 2009 08:50 AM PST The chief financial officer for pro skateboarder and star of MTV's Life of Ryan, Ryan Sheckler, has been arrested and charged for embezzling over $365,000 from Sheckler!!! Matthew Mercuro is currently being held on $400,000 bail in Huntington Beach after being accused of "having access to the accounts of the two businesses, Ryan Sheckler Rips LLC and Sheckler Merch 2 LL… [and] embezzling over $365,000 from these companies by transferring money from the corporate accounts into personal accounts and the account of his wife and a friend." The douche was caught when "suspicious transfers" were reported in a financial review of one of the 19-year-old skater's companies. Dumb! The Huntington Beach PD is currently investigating the case, with Mercuro due to be arraigned on Tuesday. If found guilty, Sheckler's financial officer could serve up to six years and eight months in a state prison. Throw the book at him! [Image via WENN.]

Mushy's Second Chance Posted: 15 Nov 2009 08:10 AM PST We don't know why, but The CW has decided to revive The Beautiful Life! You know, that HOrrific show the network cancelled after only two episodes aired!! But The Beautiful Life won't be throwing themselves back into production - The CW says they'll be airing the remaining eps of the Ashton Kutcher-produced show, starring Mushy Fartone, later in the season. Will it catch on this time around??? Probably not!
