Oops! The parents of Balloon Boy are screwed! The Larimer County sheriff is planning on filing misdemeanor charges against both Richard and Mayumi Heene for filing a false report with the police! "We were looking at a Class 3 misdemeanor, which hardly seems serious enough given the circumstances," said Sheriff Jim Alderden during a news conference on Saturday night. He continued, "We are talking to the district attorney and federal officials to see if perhaps there aren't additional federal charges that are appropriate in this circumstance." A search warrant was issued for the Heene's Larimer County home on Saturday night, where officers seized a number of boxes and a computer from the home. Do U think Richard was smart enough to wipe the drive???? Update: The Larimer County sheriff has officially declared the Balloon Boy incident a hoax! In a press conference held Sunday morning, Sheriff Jim Alderden said the publicity stunt was a "planned event for two weeks," and if found guilty, the Heenes could serve up to six years in prison! Serves them right! |

Multiple sources are saying Stephanie Pratt was arrested for suspicion of DUI around 3:45 a.m. on Sunday morning in Hollywood!!! What a dumb bitch! So easily avoidable!!! We also wonder what exactly the "former" drug addict was driving under the influence of! Pratt is currently residing in a Hollywood jail cell with her bail set at $5k. Kourtney Kardashian's Calabasas home was broken into on Saturday night!!!! According to reports, hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry were stolen from Kardashian's home around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday night while she and Scott Disick were out to dinner! The burglars, along with stealing Kourtney's $30k Cartier watch and diamonds, also lifted a number of pieces of vintage jewelry that her late father, Robert Kardashian, left to her after his passing. How absolutely crushing. The only details revealed about the burglary are that Kardashian and Disick left their gated townhouse around 7 p.m. on Saturday and returned home to discover the home had been broken into, with numerous drawers wide open. With all fingers pointing at a hoax, the father of Balloon Boy, Richard Heene is for sure going to be in some maaaajor trubs with the law! Apparently Heene phoned the local news station, 9 News, before calling the police when the balloon floated away!!! Heene claims he called the station before 911 because he knew they had access to a helicopter, but we call bullshiz! We know a publicity stunt when we see one! What about U??? |

These two can't keep their hands off each other! Renee Zellweger flew from NYC to Vancouver, Canada on Wednesday to spend some much-needed quality time with boyfriend Bradley Cooper! Zellweger and Cooper, who is currently filming The A-Team up north, dined at Market in the Shangri-La Hotel in downtown Vancouver late Thursday night, according to witnesses. "Whenever they were speaking, they had their hands on each other's knees underneath the table, and they were holding each other's hands underneath the table," says a source.
