Madonna's Neighbors Sue!

Her Madgesty may be booted from her Central Park West apartment!

Karen George, a neighbor of Madonna's, has slapped the Material Girl with a lawsuit claiming Madge has transformed her apartment into a rehearsal space, and the entire building has to put up with her "blaring music, stomping and shaking walls" daily!!

According to the legal docs, "unreasonably high-decibel, amplified music" seeps through the walls, ceilings and radiators for three hours a day.

The co-op board has reportedly threatened Madge with the consequence of eviction, and the entire building is fuming over the daily dance parties.

We don't know about U, but we would love Madonna's music blaring through our walls!

Although maybe it's time to rent a rehearsal space?????

Jon Discovers TLC Lawsuit From Google Alerts!

Nothing surprises us anymore!!!

It take a MASSIVE tool to sign your own name up for Google Alerts, but Jon Gosselin manages to fit that description.

The world's most shameful reality whore discovered that he was being sued by TLC when he received a notification from the alert system, which means that he must read about himself all day long.

Not only do we hope he reads our posts, but we hope he registers our subtext!

P.S. You're an effing idiot - and that's the understatement of the year!!!

Balloon Boy's Dad Is Sketch, Say Peeps Who Know Him

Posted: 17 Oct 2009 09:20 AM PDT

balloon__opt12.jpg

The police may not think that the now famous Balloon Boy incident was a publicity stunt, but other people keep coming out of the woodwork to say otherwise.

The boy's father, Richard Heene, seems to have some enemies (or friends equally as eager to gain some screen time), one of which is coming out fervently stating that this whole mess was probably created for attention.

Scott Stevens used to work with Richard as a "storm chaser" at the Science Detective research group in Fort Collins. Scott says that he believes that Richard intended to send the balloon "aloft", but whether it was " to leave the illusion that there was a boy on board", he isn't sure, but he sure doesn't doubt it.

Scott recalls that Richard often wanted to involve his three young boys in their dangerous storm searches, an urge that ultimately ended the men's friendship:

"I just thought he was beginning to push them into some things that were ethically on the edge. … I knew at some point he would create a situation that would bring attention like he's having right now. I didn't want to be a part of that…The last straw for us was when Hurricane Gustav and Hurricane Ike were heading toward the Texas coastline and Heene wanted to go back there and take the kids," she said Thursday. "Those kids went everywhere with us. We took those kids tornado chasing."

Yikes! Forget the balloon! These kids have to be worried about being sucked up a funnel!

Scott continues to say that Richard is the sort of man that is always "scheming", hoping to get recognition for all his "wonderful ideas." Ultimately, Scott says that Richard "thinks that if he can have this attention on him and share his ideas, he could get something out of it."

Oh, he's going to get something out of this alright: 15 minutes of fame and lifetime of ridicule.

We're starting to firmly believe that this was all a hoax. More and more, we find reasons not to trust these people.

Lindsay's BFF Responds To Michael Lohan's Tweet

Lindsay Lohan's close friend "stylist/designer" Patrick Aufdenkamp responded to Michael Lohan's highly accusatory tweet that he is putting both of his daughters in danger!

In multiple tweets, Patrick replies on his Twitter:

"It's ridiculous that I have to do one of these tweets.."

"its actually more ridiculous that a grown man feels the need to take out his anger and family troubles on me."

"There is not ONE thing I am prescribed to, not ONE legal issue I have ever been involved with, and not ONE time I have ever discouraged the idea of a friend of mine to have a relationship with their parents. I've given back and helped others since I was 10 so I don't exactly think it's in my character to be considered "evil" and "dangerous" ask anyone who actually knows me…"

"in my opinion attempting to mend years of family issues isn't the kind of thing you do publicly."

"Hopefully one day soon they will be able to resolve, heal, and move forward. *Heading back to work now and thank you all for the support."

And let the Twitter war commence!

You know Papa Lohan won't let this slide by without a response!

A-HA! We Knew They Were Still Around! (Well, Not Anymore…)

If we had an electrical keyboard (and knew how to play it), we'd be jamming out the opening, tinkering melody of Take On Me, the only real major hit from the Norwegian band, A-HA!

We'd play it in homage to the news that the band, after 25 years together, has decided to part ways.

The trio of Norwegian musicians stated that the breakup was amicable and that they each just wanted to pursue "other meaningful aspects of life, be it humanitarian work, politics, or whatever else."

We wish them the best in their endeavours, and hey, maybe they'll get back together again… in a day or two.

John Stamos: "Yup, I Was Drunk!"

Posted: 17 Oct 2009 07:40 AM PDT

He finally 'fessed up!

John Stamos opened up about the infamous television interview in Australia among other things in a charming new interview with The Advocate to promote his Broadway show Bye Bye Birdie.

Here are some HIGHlights:

On his appearance on Australian talk-show Mornings with Kerri-Anne:

"I'll be honest: When I went on that morning show, I was drunk. Yes, I was on sleeping pills and I was jet-lagged, but I was also just plastered. And I never said I wasn't, but that whole Warner Bros. publicity machine got involved and said, 'Just say he was jet-lagged.' I said, 'No, tell 'em the truth! I was fucking drunk in Australia. Big deal.'"

On running into Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig while all working on Broadway:

"Hugh's an old friend of mine and it's such a small community, so I'm sure I'll run into them. Some woman asked me the other day, 'Is there a place where all you heartthrobs hang out?' I said, 'Yes, it's called the Hollywood Heartthrob Club. We just sit around and talk about how hot we are.' There is a great bar, Bar Centrale, where everybody goes after their shows, so it's a good place to see your fellow actors."

On aging yet remaining so youthful:

"It's funny, because I haven't had one ounce of Botox or any of that. I finally got gray hairs in the past couple years, and I wore it on ER, but they made me cover it up in this show. I don't want to be one of those weird-looking guys who gets old but stays looking young."

On Perezzers(!!!):

"You know, Perez is one of my buddies. It wasn't in the article, but Perez was actually there helping to direct my photo session when I was shooting the cover of The Advocate. He was down the street, so I said, 'Come down here and help me figure out how to pose.'"

On marriage equality:

"My dad always told me to stay out of politics and religion, which I have for most of my career, but when that movie [Wedding Wars on A&E] came up and I felt so strongly about it, I had to do it. You know, for better or worse and whatever happened with my own marriage [to Rebecca Romijn], I remember how excited I was to propose to someone and have that day in front of all my friends and family to say, 'This is who I love and want to spend the rest of my life with.' I guess it's just a simple, surfacey thing, but how can you not allow someone to have those same beautiful feelings? That's why I did that movie."

Oh, Uncle Jesse! You're so wise and HAWT!

Have mercy!

Awards Shows Reject Jon Gosselin

Posted: 17 Oct 2009 07:20 AM PDT

Hopefully this is a sign that his 15 minutes are coming to a close!

Supposedly Jon Gosselin has been shopping himself as a presenter to several awards shows!

He's not even charging his "regular" $30,000 fee, offering up his "services" for FREE as long as travel and accommodations are paid for.

At least two productions have already slapped him with a big fat NO! One producer says:

"There was absolutely no interest in having him be a part of our show, no matter how much it was not going to cost us. He thinks he can attach himself to any project that has cameras. I guess he doesn't realize that the world is not his personal reality show."

The sooner the douchebag realizes that, the better! For everybody!

Kids In Rehab!

Posted: 17 Oct 2009 07:00 AM PDT

ap050505022785le.jpg

Kids are growing up fast these days and the rehab shows aren't just for VH1 and MTV anymore!

Nickelodeon's Nick News with Linda Ellerbee is going to take a look at kids and younger teens who wind up in rehab for substance abuse.

Ellerbee says of the upcoming installment of the show called Kids in Rehab:

"We live in a culture where drug use is glamorized, and celebrities may be sending a message that going to rehab is sort of like going to a spa. But real rehab is no spa. Some brave kids spoke to us honestly about their drug abuse, what it's like to be a kid in rehab and what it's like to try to live clean and sober after that. And it ain't easy."

Wow.

Education on these issues is very important, but it's unfortunate that we live in a society where we have to show kids the many dangers of drugs based on their own peers!

But better to teach 'em while they're young, we guess!
