They've threatened twice, but this time it's for realz! Sean Penn's wife, Robin Wright Penn has officially filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences." When asked on Monday whether she would consider reconciliation, Robin said, "I hit that crossroad a while ago. I know what I don't want." The couple will share custody of their 16-year old son, Hopper Jack while their 18-year old daughter Dylan Frances is headed to college. Sad. [Image via WENN.] |

We don't even want to know what's in that food! In abidance with a new Manhattan law, chain restaurants with at least 15 locations are required to provide calorie counts on their menus, but Houston's is putting up quite the fight! Several Houston's locations in Manhattan have gone so far as to change their name and menu to avoid the city's mandates. The restaurant claims that items are not consistent in each location. For example, the 53rd St. location serves a grilled jumbo artichoke, while the Park Ave. has an identical dish now titled grilled California artichokes. Several ingredients continue to be altered as the chain hopes to escape the daunting caloric reveal! "It's clear as day it doesn't apply," said Craig Pincus, the kitchen manager at Houston's E. 53rd St. location. "He has sushi downtown - I don't serve sushi. We have different menu items. I use local produce companies and local meat companies that someone in California doesn't use." The quality might be different, but the calorie count would be the same! On the Manhattan menus, the name has been changed to Hillstone, the restaurant's parent company, though outside the sign remains Houston's. We're pretty sure that the tell-tale sign of a chain is, indeed, a parent company! "We told Houston's that their menus are substantially similar and that they would need to comply," Associate Health Department Commissioner Elliott Marcus, who slapped the restaurant with a fine. A judge will rule in this fight next month. Their reluctance makes us not wanna eat there!!! |

And this isn't the first time! According to Life & Style, Twilight vixen Nikki Reed can forget about bothering friends with pictures from her summer trip to Greece now because they were stolen. On a trip from LAX to Vancouver, Nikki was overheard telling R-Patz that the robbery of her laptop put a damper on her Grecian vacay with Paris Hilton's ex, Paris Latsis. "I had so much fun in Greece this summer. I wish I had pictures to show you, but my laptop was stolen with everything on it," she dished. "The police are trying to find it for me, but I doubt they will, which really sucks!" The girl can't catch a break! Her prized guitar was also recently stolen. "I'm so bummed," she said about the instrument. "I mean, I can get another one, but I really loved that one." Who would want to get their hands on her laptop?! Helmed by Friends creator Marta Kauffman, the adapted novel to film, The Time Traveler's Wife, will now make it to the small screen. ABC has joined forces with Marta to transform the story into a weekly series, following the successful opening weekend of the film version. The interest in making the novel a television series precedes the making of the film apparently "for years". Marta will write and executive produce the show, which will feature individual episodes with "self-contained storylines" about the man that spontaneously time travels and the woman he loves. Since there's already a movie, does there really need to be a TV show too? What's that saying about beating a dead horse? Do U think a series should be made? [Image via WENN.] |

"Yes, they are expecting and very excited," his rep confirmed as Knoxville's girlfriend of almost a year, Naomi Nelson, is three months pregnant. It seems even though the brilliant actor has turned down two movies to spend more time with his family, his family doesn't want to spend anymore time with him. Especially his wife, Robin Wright Penn. Reports are that a reconciliation between Robin and Sean Penn is not working out as hoped and that the pair could soon be finally going through with a separation. Robin's reps have come out to say that the actress has "no plans to reconcile," but has "no regrets" and that they "raised two wonderful children." Let's hope it's for real this time.
