They aren't just friends like we hoped. Chris Pine and Audrina Patridge are a "thing", and they have been for sometime says InTouch Weekly. An insider tells the mag that Chris has been single since March and then, "they went out, and Audrina is into him." The scoop is that on May 2nd, the pair were seen together, but keeping a low profile and they both left his building early in the morning, just a few minutes apart. They must have done the nasty! The two met while at Tao in Las Vegas at ShoWest in the early Spring. The insider says: "Chris was looking at Audrina a lot, and you could tell that he thought she looked pretty — he was intrigued." Chris, pay attention to the slogans man: What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. Should not have brought that burden home! |
| Ellen Upsets A LOT Of Housewives! Posted: 19 May 2009 05:30 PM PDT
We've been getting emails all morning from Perezcious reader about an epic failure over at the Ellen show on Monday. The show was scheduled to record an episode with No Doubt and hundreds of fans came to see the outdoor performance on the Warner Bros lot. Many of our readers were out in the sweltering sun for close to 7 hours standing in line and all had reserved tickets for the episode. Well, apparently there was an error in judgment on the show's part and many of the fans were turned away. MANY! It all ended almost violently! Reader Kristen says: "At 4:15pm an Ellen rep with tons of police came out to say they had underestimated how many people could fit in the venue and thanks but go home." All of our readers stated that the estimated over-count for the show was 500! 500 disappointed people were turned away! How is that even possible? Who's running this operation?! There were a fortunate few who got to stand behind the stage, like reader Andrea, but even that was a disaster. Andrea writes: "We had no speakers to hear anything! My nose started bleeding and NO ONE even bothered to see if I was ok. The security guy just gave me a napkin. Two other girls fainted because of the heat." Everyone who was turned away was told to call back for tickets next season, but most traveled for No Doubt specifically and many refuse to return because of the horrible treatment they received from the staff. Most of the fans wanted to know if host Ellen DeGeneres or No Doubt even knew about the problem and if this was something that often happened in Hollywood. Probably yes. And yes. Sadly. "Yeah, it really is a problem," Timberpuss' boyfriend recently kvetched in an interview with Allure magazine. Keep telling yourself that, Jess! The problem isn't your acting ability or anything. Cough cough. "I'm in there with everybody else, fighting for the good parts… I just want an opportunity. If you don't like the audition, don't hire me!" the former Seventh Heaven star whined. Kanye West might be cocky and self-centered, but he really does care about giving back. Especially in memory of his mother, the late Dr. Donda West. In fact, the Kanye West Foundation, which was founded back in 2007 by his mom, will now host its 2nd Stay In School Benefit Concert next month in Chicago. The intention is to help bring awareness and prevent kids from dropping out of school. Lending his support, Kanye will be performing at the event, set to take place June 11th at the historic Chicago Theatre in Chi town. Oh, and even better news for students in Chicago. For those kids who demonstrate improvements in attendance and/or grades in their last quarter of school this year, they'll receive free tickets to the event! Sounds like a nice They'll even get the chance to meet Kanye. If you'd like to attend, tickets go on sale this Thursday via TicketMaster and will range from $49.50 to $500 if you want the VIP Reception. Adam Lambert and Kris Allen shared some final thoughts about tonight's Idol finale at a press conference yesterday. When discussing how Allen's background as a Christian church singer could influence his chances, he dismissed it by saying that the final decision "has to do with talent. It's not about religion or all that stuff." Jesus can't help you! Lambert hopes "people would vote based on what they hear. It's an equal opportunity situation." Damn right! Adam commented that he didn't feel his theater experience helped him in the competition. "This isn't theater so I don't see how it matters at all. We both have experience," he said. Kris continued by saying, "I have just as much experience as he has — I just wasn't in Wicked." Meow! Don't hate! As they both prepare for the show, Allen is simply going to rehearse and try and get ready while Glambert is "going to order a really big room service breakfast. Something with lots of hollandaise." Then, off to get ready! "I have a very messy bathroom situation. Kris has like three products and I have every product I can get my hands on." The custody battle between Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford and soon-to-be ex, Daniel Giersch, is getting heated. Correction: getting MORE heated! Kelly won the first round and is now claiming Giersch is putting her 2 year old son, Hermes, in danger. She has filed papers requesting full custody of the child until Daniel has properly secured the pool and play areas at his house. Rutherford has also asked to call an end to potty training but no reason was given. A hearing has been set for Friday. The pregnant actress has a baby girl - also with the ex - on the way. Milk screenwriter Dustin Lance Black is trying his hand at directing! The Oscar-winning screenwriter will make his directing debut in What's Wrong With Virginia, starring Liam Neeson and Jennifer Connelly. Exciting! The film, also written by Black, is the story of "a psychologically disturbed mother (Connelly) who has been entangled in a 20-year secret love affair with a highly visible Mormon sheriff (Neeson), who is running for a state senate seat."
