Friends and family of Natasha Richardson gathered in New York at the American Irish Historical Society on Friday night to pay their respects to the late actress. Richardson's immediate family was present at the wake, with husband Liam Neeson, sons Micheal and Daniel, mother Vanessa Redgrave and sister Joely Richardson in attendance. The family was supported by friends Ralph Fiennes, Uma Thurman, Howard Stern, Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker who also gathered to say their final goodbyes to the talented actress and beloved friend. Richardson will be buried in Millbrook, N.Y. on Sunday in a private funeral service. So sad. [Image via WENN.] |

LeAnn Rimes' rep has released a statement regarding Rimes' husband, Dancer Dean, being outed as gay on the Mojo in the Morning radio program Friday morning, via Dean's "cousin" Pebbles! Says the statement:

As we mentioned last week, Amy Winehouse will not be performing at this year's Coachella music festival. The reason? Not surprisingly, she's been denied a work visa due to all her legal troubles. However, we do have some good news about Amy's replacement! M.I.A. has been booked for the second night of Coachella and will take the stage on April 18th. That's pretty surprising considering she just gave birth last month. But there's no stopping a real musician. Thankfully she didn't retire, like she had mentioned last year! |

Charlie Sheen has opened up about his newborn baby boys with Brooke Mueller, Bob and Max! Sheen described being a parent to twin boys as "pretty amazing… Not a whole lot of sleep, but what parent does at this stage? There's adrenaline, excitement, fear…" the proud papa gushed. And what's the deal with the basic baby names? "They're very short and simple, easy to spell and remember… Bob is the same frontward and backward. Despite wasting money on a new car…. Lindsay Lohan is still hard up for cash and begging for work! The "actress" is apparently now trying to become a model. In a recent interview, LezLo said she'd love to sign up with the IMG modeling agency. Cuz the same place that has repped Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss would probably be the only agency willing to take her! And in an ever so obvious publicity move, a rep from IMG has confirmed they'd actually like to meet with Linds. Ivan Bart, the Senior Vice President of IMG Models says that "She's a beautiful girl and obviously knows a lot about fashion. Providing that she was contractually free, we would take a meeting." Remember when Lily Allen was in Los Angeles recently? The hard-pAArtying Brit was up to no good the whole time! She was supposed to be working, but instead she went pAArtying with Lindsay Lohan and cancelled on Dr. Drew's radio show, citing "illness." Well, Lily also filmed her new music video for Not Fair whilst in L.A. And it's crap! She looks high as a kite during the whole vid. Drummer Jimmy Chamberlin has left the Smashing Pumpkins! Again! Granted, the first time around in 1996 was a little different, you know, on account of the drug addiction and the touring keyboardist's overdose. Anyway! Frontman Billy Corgan announced on his website that he has plans to "continue to write and record as Smashing Pumpkins," even though the megalomaniac is the only original member left in the group! M.I.A. and fiance Benjamin Brewer's baby's name has been discovered! So what's the true name of the baby formally known as Ickitt? Ikhyd! Ikhyd Edgar Arular Bronfman, to be exact. Although the pronunciation is similar, we much rather prefer Ikhyd to Ickitt! What do U think of M.I.A.'s unusual choice in name??? |
