Dramz! Britney Spears' dad, Jamie, took the stand on Monday in the ongoing Osama Lutfi/Adnan Ghalib restraining order case. He revealed that the shady duo was somehow able to get a pre-paid cell phone to Brit as part of their plot to sabotage his conservatorship! Daddy Spears told the court that he found out about the pre-paid cell phone via a nanny. Said nanny heard Brit chatting with shady Osama and Adnan in the early morning hours one day and ratted the pop tart out. Apparently, if Sam did have any contact with Britney, it would have been in violation of a court order to stay away from her. Movie mogul and Arrested Development executive producer, Ron Howard, confirmed Sunday night at the Oscars that the film version of the television show is on - for sure! Too bad he wouldn't confirm the status of Michael Cera returning to his role as George Michael Bluth! "We've been asked to no longer divulge anything or get into the game of who's in, who's out," Howard dished to reporters on Sunday evening. Sigh. Cera's been hemming and hawing over his involvement with the movie, claiming he won't make a decision until he sees a scrip and that the film is "more hypothetical than people would think." With the newfound confirmation from Ron Howard, we would definitely confirm the Arrested Development movie as being more than hypothetical!! It's now been revealed that the not-so-sober recovering alcoholic is none other than 24 star Kiefer Sutherland! Sutherland, whose notorious for his drunken antics, started the night out quite calmly, according to bystanders! "He was initially soft-spoken, mellow and pleasant. He was ordering Maker's Mark whiskey cocktails and was even posing for some pictures." It wasn't until a number of drinks later when another bar patron made a comment to Kiefer, which caused the TV star to fly off the handle. The two started pushing each other back and forth until Sutherland's friends stepped in to calm the poor alky down, the National Enquirer reports. Kiefer apologized profusely for his poor judgement, even leaving a $20 tip for the trouble he caused, although a witness pointed out, "…he was so wasted, he flung the bill and it landed nowhere near the bar."
