Guy Ritchie's shit-talking father, John, tells the new issues of In Touch that he's glad his son is no longer with Madonna, and that the divorce could not have proceeded anymore favorably. In fact, he even went so far as to say, "The worst thing would be if they reconciled" and is glad that Her Madgesty has "lots of boyfriends" because "she won't be looking for him." We think that John Ritchie sounds a little delusional because, honestly, it will be a cold day in hell when Madonna tries to get back together with Guy. Actor (and stuntman) Jackie Chan - who is slated to star in the upcoming Karate Kid remake - tries to minimize his impact on the environment by taking hotel soap home with him so he can use it until it is completely gone! Speaking at a go-green rally in Singapore, Chan explained his environment-saving methods. "I usually stay in the presidential suite whenever I travel; however I will wash my own undergarments and socks everyday when I return to my room. I will also inform the chamber maids that they do not have to change my bed sheets and towels everyday." He also said that "once I un-wrap the soap which the hotels provide, I will carry it along with me until I finish using it" and that he believes hotels should charge for toiletries to discourage guests from wasting them. He keeps green with "golden flushes" on set, where production crew and stuntmen wait until the last one uses the toilet to flush. At concerts, he encourages his audience to throw their own garbage away. He said, "Artistes make their appeal and the audience usually will respond to the call. That is the power of celebrities." In a new interview, Brit pop star Robbie Williams' sister reveals that the former chart-topper is moving back to England. And, it could happen as early as mid-February! She said he's leaving 'soulless' Los Angeles because he's homesick and misses all things British. So, it's not because he failed to launch a solo American career? Or, that he's tired of the US' alien hunting grounds, which is what we would have guessed. Robbie also wants to be closer to his mom in England, who had major heart surgery in December, said the blabbing sibling. Sister dear also went on to say that she wouldn't be surprised to see a Robbie/Take That reunion: "It wouldn't surprise me if there's something in the pipeline. It's nice he's got a relationship with them. They were so young and now they're older – they all have relationships and families. They have a lot to offer each other as friends. It's good to see something nice happen for Jade Goody, the Brit reality star who's currently battling cancer. On Tuesday, her boyfriend, Jack Tweed was released from jail. He was granted an early release, to the delight of Jade. Tweed started an 18 month sentence last September for attacking a teenager with a golf club. Dumbass! Unfortunately, as a condition of his early release, Jack will not be able to return to live at Jade's home with the reality gal and sons Bobby and Freddie. He'll be tagged and required to live with his mother. Guess Jade and the boys will be spending lots of time at Granny Tweed's! [Image via Matrix Photos.] |
