It was only a matter of time! We're surprised it took this long, actually. The inevitable has happened: Amy Winehouse's jailbird of a husband, Blake Incarcerated, has filed for divorce from the singer, who is claiming that she is now off the drugs. And, it's gonna be a messy divorce! Wino and Blaaaaaake do NOT have a pre-nup. She has publicly confessed to having at least one affair, though more have been documented. And Fielder-Civil is gonna go after her money! Blake Incarcerated's lawyer, Henri Brandman, says that Blaaaaaaaake had instructed him to launch the divorce action on the grounds of Amy's adultery. The actor sheepishly made his way out of a Golden Globes pre-party at the Buffalo Club in Santa Monica. The Entourage star just pulled out of the Broadway show Speed The Plow - citing illness as a result of "mercury poisoning." Did big bucks $imon Cowell bail her irresponsible ass out?? According to a new report, the Monday auction of a million-dollar North Carolina home belonging to American Idol champ Fantasia Barrino won't happen because some sort of repayment agreement has been reached. An attorney repping the people who held her deed released a statement on Saturday that said the two sides have worked out the matter. Details about the deal were not provided. Old school Hollywood beat the new kids this weekend! Clint Eastwood's critically-acclaimed new film, Gran Torino, is this weekend's #1 movie at the U.S. box office. The flick pulled in a nice $29 million for the studio. The old dog still has box office juice! The Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson chick flick, Bride Wars, made $21.5 million and placed a respectable second. Rounding out the top three is the horror movie, Unborn. The Universal movie made $21.1 million and just missed #2 by a few points. Eastwood has said that Gran Torino will be the last film he acts in. So catch it while you can! [Image via WENN.] |

A News of the World reporter flew all the way to St. Lucia, where Amy Winehouse has been vacationing, to see what England's crackiest one of all has been up to. And, surprise, surprise, she discovered a love struck and "allegedly" drug free Wino! During a long, revealing chat, Ames exclaimed to the NOTW, "I've finally escaped from hell. I'm in love again and I don't need drugs. Look at me, I'm glowing!" Her new man is an uptown, fancy boy named Josh Bowman, who she met at the luxe resort she's been terrorizing with her friends. Josh has been vacationing there with his family, including his grandmother. We bet grannie is so impressed with her little one's choice of a vaca hook-up. Wino apparently isn't shy about flaunting her lust for Josh. "…she's totally unabashed as everyone watches her drag him into the bushes," says the correspondent in the NOTW report. Also, her lurve for Josh has helped her see hubby Blaaaaake Fielder-Civil for what he really is….a big, drug addled effed up mess! Wino said, "He (Josh) couldn't be more different from my husband, which is not a bad thing. Blake looks like me, a right mess. But Josh is all handsome and clean and that's what I love about him… I'm just here on my own, happy and having a good time with Josh. I'll deal with Blake when I get back. But our whole marriage was based on doing drugs." And, contradicting earlier reports about their sex life, the hopefully former crackie slammed hubby Blaaaake as 'rubbish in bed'. Wino also acknowledges that her druggie ways had her on the verge of death, "Before I came out here I looked at a photo of myself in the newspaper and was horrified. My skin was a spotty mess and I was so pale and skinny. I thought to myself, 'Girl, you got to sort yourself out or you'll be dead soon.' I was depressed, doing drugs and had no life in me at all. Coming here has changed everything. We're having a great time together along with all Josh's family and friends and I just don't want the holiday to end." Amen! She's making positive progress! The couple are just going public with their romance, after Cooper just dumped his long-term and non-famous girlfriend for Seyfried. The artist sometimes known as Sporty, who is expecting her first child, performed at a celebration for the Bee Gees' career in music. She's glowing! And reportedly due any day now. Her belly's ginormous, but all the weight seems to have gone there. Look at her face! From the neck up, you can't even tell she's pregnant! She'll probably lose all the baby weight in three days!
