Kanye West should do stand up or host a talk show or star in his own reality TV show - something that involves talking! Because the things that come out of his mouth are sooooooooo good! Speaking with Vibe magazine, the Love Lockdown singer said he wants fewer fans…so he can pose naked. Following a logic only Kanye could possibly know, he explained, "I want the freedom of having less fans. It's like the freedom of having less money. If you have less money, you have less responsibility. It's like Björk. If she wanted to pose naked, you'd be like, 'Oh, that's Björk.' But if I wanted to pose naked, people would draw all type of things into it. I definitely feel like, in the next however many years, if I work out for two months, that I'll pose naked." Or in a swan dress! For some reason we have the feeling that if suddenly Kanye had less fans, he'd complain about wanting more fans. We have to give the Auto-Tune-er credit for wanting to "break every rule and mentality of hip-hop, of black culture, of American culture," even if his methods of doing so seem strange. This is "great art" after all. What we don't understand is why he doesn't pose nude now…it's not like he thinks badly of himself or anything. Talk about unrealistic standards. Hottie Czech supermodel Karolina Kurkova has been under intense scrutiny and faced some tough criticism lately. Apparently, the thin model gained some weight last year. The Brazilian media even criticized the 24 year-old in June for her supposed "cellulite and love handles" after walking in the Sao Paulo Fashion Week. They also called her "too fat" after she walked in the Victoria's Secret lingerie show in Miami last November. In order to get "slim" for the lingerie show, Kurkova has said she dieted on mainly fresh veggies, protein, and salad. And, even before last November's show, a source said she cut out all carbs and worked out for hours in order to get slimmer like the other Victoria's Secret models. The friend says, "She was exhausted and didn't get down to where she wanted to be." In fact, Kurkova almost didn't make it into the VS show due to her weight, they claim. It wasn't until the last minute that they decided to include her. That explains why her name wasn't on any of the pre-show press materials. But, according to another insider, it seems her weight "problems" are attributed to the ever popular thyroid disorder which is said to mess with her metabolism. Forbes states Kurkova is currently the eighth highest-paid supermodel in the world. So she's obviously doing something right! Even when he's not trying that hard, he looks so damn hot! David Beckham looks casually chic as he arrives with the AC Milan team to a Rome hotel after a flight from Dubai on Friday. Beckham could make his Serie A debut for AC Milan in Sunday's match at AS Roma, although the former England captain may have to settle for a substitute's role. At least she has a sense of humor about things! Kelly Clarkson took to her official blog to talk about her newly unveiled album cover. The very first American Idol says: "we decided the cover of the album and just in case you haven't seen it i'll post it! it's very colorful and they have definitely photo-shopped the crap out of me but i don't care haha! whoever she is, she looks great ha! i've had so much fun with this album i really hope y'all dig it woohooooooooooo!!!!" We hope we dig it too. Woohooooooo! And a weehawwwww!!!! |

Looks like Madonna will do just about anything to stay thin and look young. The latest reports claim that Madge has started a salmon "retox" regimen in order to look younger. She's even supposedly hired some experts to help her with the program. A source says, "The new 'retox' means she has got a more cardio-intensive gym regime and a diet overhaul. She will also be eating a lot more salmon as it's got age-defying properties. Her aim is to knock 12 years off her appearance." It was reported previously that she spends over $120,000 a year on bottles of "specially blessed" Kabbalah water. It supposedly helps keep you looking "fresh and young." A source close to Madonna says, "Madonna drinks a lot of water - that's one of her fitness secrets. And Kabbalah water is the only stuff she will touch." But as for that weird fish diet, it turns out others do it as well. Like Liam Gallagher of Oasis, who says he eats fish every day because it keeps him slim. Gallagher even calls himself the "Salmon King" and once said "I'm always banging away at the fish man. My top three fish are salmon at number one, sea bass at two and sardines are third. My number one dish is fucking salmon and stir-fry. Let's hope Madonna doesn't get….. "mercury poisoning"! [Image via WENN.] |
