This is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Not only is he returning to racing, but he's also gonna be a dad for the fourth time. Lance Armstrong has super sperm! Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that the multiple Tour De France winner is expecting a child with his girlfriend, a non celeb. "Lance and Anna [Hansen] have been quietly dating since July," a source tells us. "They met through Lance's charity work. Anna works at a non-profit for cancer survivors." The two are said to be "thrilled" with the joyous baby news. After Armstrong found out he had testicular cancer in the '90s, he had his sperm frozen. The three children Lance had with his ex-wife were conceived through in vitro. Now, all these years later, his sperm is active again - something that only occurs in a handful of testicular cancer survivors. Lance and Anna's baby was not planned but it's a little miracle. Well, you gotta give them credit for the longest 15 minutes known to showbizkind. In a fake scene for a fake marriage, one fake person - Mr. Spencer Pratt - told another fake person - Heidi Montag - that he wanted to wait to "give you [Montag] the wedding of your dreams that you have been talking about for three years." Otherwise he feared his future mother-in-law would "kill me in my sleep." Charming! The couple's fake elopement in Mexico surprised friends and family, and outraged Heidi's mother, who believed her daughter had been drugged and then dragged to the altar. Very mature. But Pratt says that since the real marriage has been delayed, he and Darlene Egelhoff (Heidi's mama) are on a "better path." For Thanksgiving dinner she even made a gingerbread house with "Pratts" on the doormat and pictures of Spencer and Heidi. Ever the mature one, Spencer said, "I was afraid her mom poisoned it!" So is he or isn't he as broke as the obligatory nose joke? Or maybe Michael Jackson just isn't very good at handling his cash? After reports of health and finance woes, the new rumor is that MJ is plunking down $100,000 a month for a lavish mansion in Los Angeles. The ostentatious $38 million Bel-Air home boasts 7 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, 12 fireplaces, a screening room, a guest house, sweeping staircases, pools, a sundeck, and classic interiors. Well, we're glad to see that someone is benefiting from the recession. In an elevator at Barneys (where all the celebs were yesterday!), Mary-Kate Olsen was reportedly overheard saying, "It's really sad - the recession is everywhere.
