Gossip Girl Spinoff Posted: 05 Dec 2008 06:15 PM CST The latest Gossip Girl, uhm, gossip…is that there may be a spinoff in the works. And that the show may use an episode as a litmus test to see whether or not to proceed with said spinoff. A GG spinoff has been running the rumor mill for quite some time now, as the popular book series on which the program is based has its own published spinoff called The It Girl. Sources say, however, that the companion program would neither be based on The It Girl nor its main character, Taylor Momsen' Jenny Humphrey. But, it would focus on one of the nine recurring characters. The spinoff is in its earliest stages of development, but may be expedited since the CW dropped its Smallville companion, The Graysons. Mr. Sulu Eats Kangaroo Dick! And STILL Loses! Posted: 05 Dec 2008 06:00 PM CST George Takei was this close to being named the oldest king of the jungle! Sulu was one of the three finalists in the UK's reality competition show, I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here. Perezcious reader Sharon, who's been glued to the tube in the UK, wrote to let us know that even after eating live COCKroaches, locusts and a kangaroo penis, George didn't have what it takes to win the crown. But, making the finals of a Survivor-type show at the age of 71 is an impressive feat! Congrats for making it as far as you did, Sulu!! In case you were wondering, Brit actor Joe Swash was named king of the jungle. Tennis great Martina Navratilova nabbed second place. The gays almost ruled the jungle! [Image via WENN.]

Wouldn't Momma Be Proud?! Posted: 05 Dec 2008 05:45 PM CST The Ryan Seacrest-produced reality competition show Momma's Boys pits young men against their dicks and their overbearing overprotective mommies, once again shamelessly exploiting people's emotions and lack of intelligence. And we lovesit! While researching the 32 single female contestants, one Perezcious reader noticed some startling similarities between the girls - described as "some classy and some brassy" - and certain um, "nude models." Our crafty reader sicked Google on the case and got some amusing results. Exhibit A: Erica Ellyson Hey y'all! I was born and raised in South Mississippi. I grew up a bit of a tomboy; fishing with my parents, running track, playing golf and softball. After attending community college, I went to architecture school until I received the title of the 2008 Penthouse Pet of the Year (NSFW!!!). Right now, I'm taking a break from my studies due to my travel demands as a Penthouse Pet. I will go back to school when my year with Penthouse is finished. I like to play golf as much as possible. When not on the course, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends: cooking, eating, and watching football and baseball. Exhibit B: Meghan Allen I love Texas and all it has to offer. I have the most amazing job and friends! I am a hair stylist, but right now I'm working as a bartender/cocktail waitress at one of the hottest clubs in Dallas. I love my job because it gives me free time to do what I love most, which is modeling. Lately, I've been very busy with photo shoots because I am working on a website (NSFW!!!). In my free time I love doing anything that has to do with water… the beach, pool, boating etc. I love hanging out with my friends and just relaxing. I'm a very laid-back person and love to laugh and have a good time. I'm probably one of the goofiest girls you'd ever meet. I'm not afraid to be myself – for instance, I love to burp out loud and am not shy about it! My little Chihuahua Bella is my world! I have the most amazing family. Since they live in Pennsylvania I miss them tons! That's pretty much me in a nutshell. Exhibit C: Stacy Fuson I loved growing up in Washington State. This led me to my love of fishing and boating. As a kid, I played a lot of sports. My favorites are softball, volleyball, basketball, and bowling. I enjoy traveling and have been to England, France, Croatia, Argentina, Peru, Panama, and Japan. I love Japanese food, especially sushi. For the past 12 years, I've been modeling and have worked on "Entourage," "Shallow Hal," "American Pie," and "Sullivan Sisters." I was Playboy's Miss February 1999 (NSFW!!!) and the 2005 St. Pauli Girl. I love the beach, going to dinner, and watching movies. I'm a producer and anchor on a news website. I'm also going to business school and will soon launch my own brand of vitamins, Vitamins by Stacy. What charming young ladies!

Where Are The Keys? Posted: 05 Dec 2008 05:30 PM CST Talk about surrounding yourself with idiots! Poor 50 Cent - he tried not to get spotted by the paps, but just the opposite happened. Fiddy rolled up in his Rolls-Royce to his hotel in London, followed by a stretch Hummer with 15 members of his entourage. And that's when someone locked the keys inside his Rolls-Royce. Thankfully, he had some MacGyver security on hand. 50's security team then proceeded to try and get the door opened with a wire coat hanger!!! And things got worse. While the car was left outside the hotel, with the keys locked inside, a parking attendant gave them a ticket!!! As for 50, he's currently in London to star in a new film called Dead Man Running, set to be released next year. We smell a stinker. [Images via www.XposurePhotos.com.]

Fallon Begins On Monday! Posted: 05 Dec 2008 05:15 PM CST Finally! Back in July, it was announced that Jimmy Fallon would do some 'practice' hosting of the Late Show online before he takes over for Conan O'Brien in 2009. Well, starting Monday, you can see Jimmy do his thing on the internets. According to a new report, the team guiding Jimmy will be producing web videos, that are described as a "video blog", which will go live with new installments every weeknight at 12:30 a.m. They want y'all to get used to seeing Jimmy in that 12:30 am slot! You better not suck, Jimmy! And if you do, at least you're giving NBC some time to find a better host, right? [Image via WENN.]

Busted!!! Posted: 05 Dec 2008 04:59 PM CST Vinnie Jones, actor and former soccer star, was arrested early Friday morning in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. According to reports the arrest was to due to an incident at a local bar when apparently Jones got involved in an "extremely bloody fight." Wait. Pause. Hmmm… He's British. They LOVE to drink. Just sayin'! Jones suffered some injuries in the fight. He was smacked in the face with a beer mug causing his nose to bust open during the fight. He even had to go to a local hospital for his injuries. Jones was booked for misdemeanor simple assault and the other individual in the fight was booked for felony aggravated assault. Vinnie posted a $400 bond and the other guy is still in jail. For someone with a history of violence, such as when he was found guilty of assaulting a neighbor, let's see if the judge will be lenient on Jones. Heidi Montag Was Robbed!!!! Posted: 05 Dec 2008 04:45 PM CST This is such a travesty! We thought for sure Heidi Montag would top this list!!!!!!! The queen of daytime talk shows, and also the chairman of Harpo, Oprah Winfrey, has just been named the most powerful woman in entertainment according to The Hollywood Reporter's 17th annual Women in Entertainment Power 100 list. The Power 100 List basically honors the top 100 women in the television and motion picture industries. But was there any doubt that the big O would be number one? THR editor said, "The decision to place Oprah at the top of the list was based on her dizzying array of Oprah-branded media and her immense cultural influence. Today's most powerful woman in entertainment might just be the most influential woman in America." And that's a pretty big move for Winfrey. Just last year she was number six on the list. Also on the top 100 is Angelina Jolie at number 24 and Tyra Banks at number 36. Tina Fey also made the cut at number 51, followed by Shonda Rhimes at 56, and somehow Rachael Ray made it at number 65.
