The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office has cleared Jodie Foster of charges from allegedly attacking a 17-year-old boy who was taking pictures of the actress and her children in May. You'll recall that several years ago, the lovely and talented Anne Hathaway was played for a fool by Italian businessman Raffaello Follieri. He bestowed about her an abundance of marvelous jewelry, but it was soon discovered he was a crook and he'd stolen all his extravagant gifts! (It was like a moment right out of Dynasty!) Anyway, these stolen jewels will now go up for auction later this month, with the profits used to compensate the victims of Follieri's crimes. Perhaps she'll do a bit of bidding herself.
