No Sparks (Or Fans) At Jordin's Battlefield Tour

Whomp, whomp! Maybe she was just too ambitious.

Sources are reporting that unlike Idol winners of the past, Jordin Sparks failed to have a successful tour this summer. By that, we mean that despite playing 39 shows across the country, the majority of the venues were half-full and many were well below 50% capacity!

In fact, when she played a show in Portland, she played to an alarming 10% capacity at the Crystal Ballroom!

Ouch! Burn! Let's hope her run in In The Heights goes a bit better. (Doubtful…)

During Justin Bieber's show at Madison Square Garden on August 31st, the pop sensation will have a special guest - Will Smith's son, Jaden!

Bieber invited Jaden to perform after he appeared in his video for Never Say Never.

"Special security arrangements are being made for Jaden, who will appear onstage, and his family, including Will, to be in the audience for the concert," claims a source.

Sean Kingston and Jessica Jarrell will also be guests at the show.

Bieber's MSG show will be filmed for his 3D movie.

Update: Sources tell us that Usher will definitely be there - as well as "many" other celebrity surprise performers!

Woo hoo!

3-D Coming And No Glasses Required!

Welcome to the 21st century, nerds!

3-D movies are making a big comeback these days with the advent of digital technology, but still, it kind of sucks that the only way to enjoy them is to wear those dorky glasses for two hours straight.

Well, not no more!

The Japanese masterminds at Toshiba Corp. announced this morning that they are developing technology for a 3-D television that won't require special glasses!!!

Though there is no specific release time in place as the technology is still in the works, a spokeswoman did confirm that the TV wouldn't be ready by the end of this year. You all are just going to have to wait!

Now, it's not like this is the first time people have heard or even seen this kind of technology. It has been implemented before, but in order for it to work, you had to stand in specific spot, plus the image quality is much lower than that of screens using glasses. Hopefully, Toshiba can work around that.

Are u excited about this new technology?

Michael Jackson Video Game On Its Way!

So you think you can dance like Michael? If so, then congratulations, but for those of you who can't…help is on the way!

This November, Michael Jackson The Experience will be released for all the major video game systems, as well as portable gaming systems.

This will mark a much less creepy the first Michael video game since the early 90's, when he released Moonwalker, a game where Michael used dancing to defeat "Mr. Big" and then save children.

Here's what a press representative from Michael's estate had to say about the game:

"The game needed to incorporate Michael's music and dance moves into the most innovative technology available, continually pushing the envelope at each turn."

Sounds like fun! We'll keep an eye out for it in November.

Will U pick up the Michael Jackson video game?

And we hope it's good or else it's just a shizload of nepotism!

Steven Spielberg is looking to turn Joe Hill's Locke & Key comic series into a TV series.

The comic, which is written by Stephen King's son, follows three kids that end up watching over a haunted New England mansion that is filled with mystical doors that transport them to different locals and give them special powers.

Dreamworks TV is teaming up with Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci of Fringe fame and writer/exec producer Josh Friedman for the project.

Would U watch?!

What the hell? What are these MiMi shenanigans over here?

Sources are reporting that Ciara's new album, Basic Instinct, has been pushed back again! Geez! We were suppose to have this album by now!

Originally, the disc was suppose to drop in August, then got pushed to October 5th. Now, we won't be getting any new beats from Ciara until late October, either the 19th or the 26th! An official announcement is suppose to come towards the end of this week.

What gives, girl? What's the hold up?!

Woody Allen Unable To Shoot Movies In New York

It turns out that if Woody Allen tried to make his iconic film Manhattan today, he'd have to shoot it in Barcelona.

Due to the relatively low budget of Woody Allen's films, he has to shoot them in European cities because New York has become too expensive to film in.

It's not such a bad thing, though. Allen says he thinks Spanish actors are among the best in the world, naming Antonio Banderas (who stars in his latest film, You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger), Javier Bardem, and Penelope Cruz.

"I'm lucky I got to work with the very best ones," said Allen.

Allen has been shooting his next film, Midnight in Paris, in Paris. French first lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy plays a minor role.
