This is awful! As 500,000 people gathered in Duisburg, Germany for the Love Parade Festival on Saturday, a mass stampede killed 15 people and left 40 injured. A state of emergency was declared as several techno music fans were trampled to death in a tunnel connecting a railway goods yard to the concert grounds. Concertgoer Karl Lowenstein said:
Medical workers were even having trouble getting to the wounded because of the thousands of meandering people standing the the way. Another witness said:

She's the ONLY woman in Hollywood who could open a movie this big! Angelina Jolie starrer Salt is expected to garner $35 million through Sunday, but Inception is still edging ahead. On Friday, Salt earned $12.7 million while Inception crept ahead with $13.2 million. Some say that the two could be fighting it out for the top spot all weekend. And we are hoping Salt gets a big turnout because we're gunning for a sequel. We'll take all the Angie we can get! |

Ugh. He should be put to sleep! On top of allegedly harassing the woman, Michael Lohan is attempting to sell nude photos of his ex-fiancee Kate Major to the highest bidder. The photo was taken in April 2010, which shows Kate in bed with her breast exposed and her eyes closed. Her left hand is on her face and she's wearing the engagement ring from Michael. Creepy! When Kate found out about the pics, she gave the following statement. She said:
She didn't need to tell us that! And, of course, Michael responded spewing his usual bile. He said:

Police showed up to the Los Angeles home of Halle Berry on Friday to investigate graffiti on her front gate. Vandals tagged the wooden gate with a hot pink rendition of Mahatma Gandhi's face and even though the cops showed up, there are no suspects. Weird. WTF kind of a statement is that?! We can't argue with that! It seems The Dream filed divorce papers in February, just nine days before his daughter was born - and Christina Milian is pissed! The singer is claiming that he lied about the status of their marriage and failed to mention that he was cheating on her. In Christina's legal response, she alleged that the marriage wasn't over when he filed the documents as they had "marital relations on numerous occasions." She also added that if the court does grant the divorce, it should not be on the basis of The Dream's claim that their marriage was "irretrievably broken," but because he cheated on her. But this is the WORST part! Christina admitted to signing a settlement agreement where both parties waived alimony or ownership right's to the other person's property. And she alleges that the reason she signed it was because The Dream brought the papers to her bedside when she was 9-months pregnant and in no condition to sign. Gross. You have to hand it to him - as stupid as Levi Johnston looks and sounds, he still knows how to bring in the $$$. So Levi is marrying Bristol Palin He's starting by starring in a music video by some R&B and pop performer named Senser. It's a very "i'll scratch your back, you scratch mine" type of deal and the role sounds like something Levi can definitely handle. A rep from Universal Music Group explains that Levi will be playing a "lover whose romance is thwarted by his girlfriend's disapproving mother." Huh. Sounds somewhat familiar! Levi's attorney says that his client is really "looking forward" to the project. We're looking forward to Sarah Palin's reaction to the project! Care to comment, Sexy Sarah? |

It seems Lindsay Lohan will be released from Lynwood Correctional Facility in late July as opposed to the beginning of August. The judge agreed to take two days credit off of her sentence for time that she was previously detained. And LOLhan's reps are even hoping to do better than that! They want her released even earlier due to jail overcrowding . "Lindsay's team is doing everything they can to get her out of jail this weekend," claims a source. WTF?!
