Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's dad David has filed for bankruptcy and is now facing foreclosure on his home in Tarzana, California. A source reveals: "David almost lost his home in 2009 because he had several tax liens but managed to borrow enough money to cover them. But he's in a worse position now because he's behind on mortgage payments and won't be able to stop the auction unless he gets his hands on $2 million." If David and his second wife McKenzie don't come up with the money by July 9, they will be forced out of the house and it will be sold off at public auction. Bressler claims she took care of Mimoo's sick puppy Dolomite for 2 1/2 weeks in her California mansion with Bressler's team providing the dog with round-the-clock care. Bressler even sent videos to Mariah of the dogs. A source close to Bressler says: "We were up all night caring for and tube-feeding the puppy. Mariah loves her dogs and requested the best care, and that's what she got. Dr. Bressler left her practice [in New York] and was there through the pre- and postnatal care and the delivery. We provided 24-hour day care. She [Bressler] is a doctor, and Mariah acted like Dr. Bressler was one of her hair or makeup people." As for Mariah's camp, her attorney says: "This abusive lawsuit appears to be a crass publicity stunt. As a matter of principle, Mariah intends to fight this baseless case and is confident that it will be dismissed." We wonder what really happened? She claims: "I did not give my consent to have details of my surgery discussed other than what was shown on The Real Housewives of New Jersey episode." However, Fiorillo counters: "There is no HIPPA here because as you can see she showed her breasts on the show and everything I said she said. I would say this is absolutely fine and legally fine that I spoke about it. I have her blessing to speak about it and she spoke about it numerous times." Right on the heels of Guillermo del Toro dropping out of the troubled production of The Hobbit, original Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson is apparently in final negotiations to take the reigns back and film the fantasy prequels back-to-back in New Zealand! Well this is a relief! At least we know that there will be less of a chance of these movies getting effed up any more! What do U think?? Are U excited to see Peter Jackson directing The Hobbit??
