As if anyone is surprised! While in Judge Marsha Revel's chambers this morning, Lindsay Lohan and her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, could not provide a plane ticket from Cannes on May 19th. It was the only document she needed to prove that she actually tried to make her mandatory court date. "All I got was an itinerary for travel on May 18th, and not a plane ticket," said Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers. "I did get a copy of Ms. Lohan's plane ticket and boarding pass for May 22nd." Ha! What a liar! "I will definitely be bringing this up at the probation violation hearing," Meyers continued. "I think she is very upset with the conditions the court imposed." The probation hearing is set for July 6th. Heads are gonna roll! [Image via WENN.] |

Girl, you got DUMPED! (Who didn't see this coming???) Courtney Love was forced to say "so long" to her hotelier beau, Andre Balazs because she was WAY too embarrassing when they went out. A source explains that while the millionaire was "fond" of her, he no longer had the patience for her "behavior." The relationship ended after a series of big blowouts last week, including when Courtney blurted "OUT"Kate Moss. That was the last straw and Andre called it quits. We hear Courtney isn't taking the breakup well. One of friends was quoted saying C. Love feels very "depressed." Don't worry, bb! We're not buying it! The Itawamba County School District is denying the American Civil Liberties Union's claims on Constance McMillen's behalf that they set her up to attend a "sham prom" at the country club with a few other students while the rest of the student body attended a prom at the nearby community center. The ACLU alleged that the school district superintendent Teresa McNeece and attorney Michele Floyd ran a meeting with parent organizers to hold separate proms. Disgusting! While the district admitted some of the photographs were from an event that night at the Evergreen Community Center, other photos they had in their case were of students at a function in Memphis, Tennessee. Although they've both denied a romance, Glee stars Mark Salling and Naya Rivera dined together at SushiSamba in NYC with friends over the weekend. "Mark and Naya only had eyes for each other and left before everyone else in their party," claims a spy. Dennis Quaid filed a negligence suit against Baxter Healthcare on Friday. The reason for the lawsuit stems from an incident in 2007 where his newborn twins were given a lethal dosage of the medication Heparin. Hospital personnel administered 10,000 units of the medication instead of 10. The twins, 2-year-old Zoe and Thomas, are lucky to be alive. In the legal papers, Quaid alleges that Baxter Healthcare, which manufactures the drug, is responsible for making the dosage information confusing. The labels are said to be a "totally foreseeable and predictable" error and "knowing of the danger of inadvertent mix-up with the dire consequences that could follow, should have taken other steps to warn and to distinguish each of these drugs." Due to the accident, the damage done to the twins "may be permanent in nature and are likely to cause serious complications in the future." The Quaids are seeking medical expenses, punitive damages and for Baxter to establish a fund for future medical expenses. Lots of luck! [Image via WENN.] |

Even though the show already got the movie reboot not too long ago, Charlie's Angels is being remade again, this time for television. ABC is behind the latest edition of the classic show and as of now, the show is being written for a potential pilot order and midseason launch. Sony Pictures Television, the studio behind the project, has just hired Alfred Gough and Miles Millar of former Smallville glory, to come in and start the writing team.
