Dina Lohan Admits Lindsay Stayed In Cannes To Avoid Arrest Warrant!! Posted: 22 May 2010 02:11 PM PDT Dina Lohan has admitted to sources that even though Lindsay had her new passport, she was told not to return home from Cannes until her arrest warrant was annulled. Lindsay's #1 enabler says: "We did what we had to do to protect her. We did that for court purposes and the warrant purposes. To clear all that up before she hits American soil, which we have done, so she is now able to come. There was no music to face. We were dealing with issues to get her back safely — without an arrest and vacate the warrant. And that takes time, that doesn't happen overnight. There are a lot of phone calls, a lot of people involved and a lot of decisions being made. So we did what we had to do to protect her…The judge is making an example out of her because of her celebrity status, which I don't think is fair." That's not exactly the smartest thing to say when Lindsay has her upcoming court hearing with the judge this Monday. When asked who was telling Lindsay to not go home, Dina opened up her big mouth again and replied, "We were dealing with the attorneys. We have a criminal attorney that pretty much tells us which direction to go." How about someone tell Lindsay's to stop pAArtying hard, lying about her passport, and evading authorities?? He writes: now that Dina and I are putting all behind, it's time to unite for all our children. She testified last fall, but the jury was deadlocked and the case was sent for a retrial. James Jimenez, the 35-year-old high school dropout, was convicted of trespassing and felony burglary charges and claimed that he was too stupid to commit a crime.
