Rumors have been swirling since Destiny's Child broke up, however Kelly insists they're still BFFS, saying: "We all came out at the same time and it really doesn't matter… I think there's room for everybody… There's B (Beyonce), there's Ciara putting something out and GaGa putting something out, but, because we started out together, people are going to say things like that. Joaquin Phoenix's New Documentary Is A Joke…Right? Posted: 09 May 2010 04:07 PM PDT That's the question many movie distributors are asking themselves when viewing Joaquin Phoenix's new documentary titled I'm Still Here: The Lost Year of Joaquin Phoenix about his efforts to become a successful rapper. With scenes of Joaquin snorting cocaine, ordering call girls, having oral sex with a publicist, and abusing his assistants have studios perplexed on not only how to market the film, but also whether or not Joaquin is playing an elaborate joke on his audience or just merely showing his true colors. The movie, which is directed by Casey Affleck who is married to Joaquin's sister Summer, is said to include male frontal nudity and even a scene where someone defecates on Joaquin while he's sleeping. WTF?!? It all sounds like an obvious piece of bad performance art to us, but how far will the actor go??? [Image via WENN.]

The three men, Bill Whitfield, Javon Beard and Mike Garcia, are discussing their three years working for MJ - including Jackson's financial troubles and attempting to stop the rumors that he was gay. Publicist Lelani Clark has confirmed that the bodyguards say that toward the end of his life, Jackson had two girlfriends, one of which was called "Friend" and had a European accent. Romance Is Never Dead For Heidi And Seal Posted: 09 May 2010 12:30 PM PDT Heidi Klum and Seal celebrated their fifth anniversary on Saturday by doing their annual renewal of vows. The two celebrated with their children and close friends and family members at sunset on a beach in Costa Careyes, Mexico. The ceremony took place outdoors under a palapa that was decorated with chandeliers, candles, and white flowers. Klum spoke about their annual tradition, saying: "It's our time – a lovely family time. It's about remembering this moment of love we gave to each other and reinforcing it. It's so special to us, something we love and something our children have gotten accustomed to. It's like, 'Hey, Mom and Dad love each other and they get married every year!' " Hubby Seal added: "Each year, Heidi and I get remarried. It's a great party, but for about an hour, we go off on our own down to a private beach. She did Parent Trap, Confessions [of a Teenage Drama Queen], Freaky Friday, Mean Girls, Just My Luck and Herbie. And you know what? Georgia Rule was a fantastic movie. People don't give her credit for it, but that was one of her best acting jobs. But I mean, she started with Parent Trap and now this? Why? Who makes these decisions? If I was there, it would never happen, believe me. There's no way to resurrect your career after that. So many people have come to me with offers for Lindsay for great family-style films, general audience kind of releases, but you know … whatever." Lil' Wayne Gets Sued In Prison AGAIN!! Posted: 09 May 2010 09:00 AM PDT As if things couldn't get worse for Lil' Wayne… He's now getting sued AGAIN for not paying royalties AGAIN. Producer Shondrae Crawford, also known as Bangladesh was the mastermind behind Lil' Wayne's 2007 hit single A Milli and is now suing the rapper and his record company Cash Money for unpaid royalties, claiming that he's owed $500,000. Crawford says: "Cash Money don't pay royalties. (Wayne's 2008 album) Tha Carter III (is) his biggest album probably because of A Milli. You have to sue these guys so that they pay up…All the money from album sales goes to Cash Money. I get checks from Sony for Beyonce, checks from different labels for different artists, it just comes to you. You don't have to call them, sue them and all that junk. This is what you're owed." Wayne, who is currently behind bars for pleading guilty for gun possession, is already facing legal action from producer Jim Jonsin for his hit single Lollilop.
