At least, according to Southwest Airlines! Director Kevin Smith was kicked off a flight leaving Oakland airport because they deemed him a safety risk and asked him to leave the flight. The worst part was that he was already seated and buckled in! He took to his Twitter to explain. "I broke no regulation, offered no 'safety risk,' (what, was I gonna roll on a fellow passenger?)," he Tweeted. "I'm way fat… But I'm not THERE just yet." The airline eventually apologized and put him on another flight with $100 voucher for his trouble, but Smith wasn't having it! "Dear @SouthwestAir, I'm on another one of your planes, safely seated & buckled-in again, waiting to be dragged off in front of the normies," he continued to Tweet. "Look how fat I am on your plane! Quick! Throw me off!" Southwest even sent him some apologetic Tweets after they saw all the support he received on Twitter for his embarrassing inconvenience. Ugh! Poor guy! The world will soon find out how much $$$$$ Real Housewives' Gretchen Rossi is worth! How embarrassing!! An Orange Country judge is ordering for all of Rossi's financial records to be handed to him in time for Gretchen's March 10th court date. It will be decided whether or not Rossi will have to fork over $18k in legal fees to the man she slapped with a restraining order last year, which a judge later dismissed. So if she can't afford the $18,000 in legal fees… WTF happened to the $2.5 mil she was awarded from her deceased husband's inheritance???? Guess we'll find out soon enough! [Image via WENN.] |

Spidey can't save him now! A law firm has slapped comic book creator Stan Lee with a big ol' lawsuit for failing to pay the firm for their services! Trying to screw over a firm of lawyers???? Not so smart, Stan! Lavely & Singer say the X-Men and Spider-Man creator has failed to pay them for their services dating all the way back to 2007! Said a rep for the firm: "Similar to the flawed comic book super-heros he created, Stan Lee has demonstrated his own flaws by his failure to honor his agreements." Ouch! Better pay up! The animal activist group has named Zeta-Jones their Worst Dressed Celeb of the year for her extensive wardrobe of animal skins and fur. ClASSy! "With her creepy cow-skin pants, ugly fox coat, and icky alligator bag, Catherine Zeta-Jones looks like she's working her way through Noah's ark with a knife," a rep for PETA preached. Does Cash-4-Gold spokesman MC Hammer really have the extra $$$$$$ laying around to pay off a lawsuit? Hammer failed to follow through on a deal he had with the digital network communications firm PacketSwitch.com back in 2003, in which the U Can't Touch This rapper had agreed to "help market the company" with shares of the firm in return. PacketSwitch.com were reportedly awarded damages in '03, but Hammer never paid up! The rapper, whose legal name is Stanley Burrell, claimed the lawsuit was never delivered to him because the legal docs listed his last name as "Berrell". | Roman Polanski Will Remain In Switzerland For The Time Being Posted: 14 Feb 2010 11:00 AM PST
Not so fast, Roman Polanski! Seems that the skeevy director may not be extradited after all. The Swiss ministry of Justice have announced that they will not extradite Polanski until a "decision on the question of an in absentia trial" is finalized. We thought it was! A California State Superior judge had ruled in January that Polanski must return to California to be sentenced, but apparently the pedo's lawyers have until March 24th to appeal the court's decision.
