And what did they capture??? None other than Glambert's guitarist, "straight" Tommy, giving him a kiss on the lips! Inneresting!!! On the heels of Tyra Banks's announcement that The Tyra Show is ending after 5 seasons, all the juicy behind the scenes deets are beginning to leak. And not surprisingly, working for the model was difficult! According to a former crew member "There had been high turnover of employees for years. She and the higher-ups on the production staff could be extremely brutal. She really is a diva." Tyra Banks, a diva??? Get out! An industry source says everything had to be done her way. Well, to her credit, it is The Tyra Show. And whatever she demanded her employees to do couldn't have been completely wrong considering she won two Daytime Emmy awards. But while she may have been the boss-bitch on set, her communication skills off-set are worse because there's rumors going around that TyTy told the press about the show ending before she told the staff! Ouch! And it wasn't the first time she pulled something like this. The source revealed:

When asked what she would say to all the sponsors who have pulled advertising from her MTV reality show because it's too controversial, she didn't feel the need to hold back. She simple responded, in a loud, annoying roar:

And the estate lawyers are PISSED! Michael Jackson's dad, Joe Jackson, has subpoenaed medical records from the UCLA Medical Center because he seems to think they hold other information about his son's death, including possible foul play. Joe and his lawyers are asking for medical records, autopsy reports, autopsy photos, medications and prognosis assessments. The patriarch of the Jackson family says that the entire family is behind his decision and they all believe the information is vital to exposing foul play in Michael's death. MJ's estate lawyer Howard Weitzman is claiming the the subpoenas for the documents violate the late King of Pop's rights of privacy and doctor-patient confidentiality. He fights for a living and now it seems he can punch people outside the ring and get away with it. Last month, Mike Tyson had a bloody altercation with a photog. Mike, being the charming guy he is, punch the guy in the face for supposedly harassing his family. Today, the L.A. City Attorney officially rejected the case against Tyson, citing "insufficient evidence."
