Though what you didn't know, until right now, is that Phelps and Johnson broke up because of Carrie Prejean! Bitch is always causing the drama! Amazeballs! Dame Julie Andrews will return to the UK stage for the first time in 30 years! The iconic singer will sing songs from her stage and screen hits on May 8th at London's O2 Arena while accompanied by an ensemble of five and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. She has barely sung since her 1997 throat surgery that impaired her vocal cords, yet she has pioneered treatment to rehabilitate her voice. "To perform once again in my homeland on the London stage will be a wonderful moment - it is where it all began for me," stated Andrews. Fresh out of her marriage, Avril Lavigne was spotted making out with some random dude at NYC's Rose Bar at the Gramercy Park Hotel on Tuesday. We think slutty just met him that night! The pair were surrounded by a group of friends as they sipped vodka and champagne. Sucks to be Jon Gosselin. But we're sure he already knows that! The douchebag had previously said he'd be spending Thanksgiving this year with his former girlfriend, Homewrecking Hailey WhatsHerFace. Though it seems his plans have changed. Jon won't be able to go to his former home as it's Kate Gosselin's day with the kids. So according to Jon, "I won't be home. I'm going to my grandma's." However, he will have the kids over Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Says Mr. Douche, "Christmas Eve and Christmas day are joint-shared custody days, which means we're both in the house. So we'll be there." Adding that the kids "do the stockings early Christmas morning. Kate makes sticky buns. We keep it all the same. Nothing has changed. That way they have the sense of security with everything that's going on." At least the kids will have a peaceful night on Thanksgiving. As for Hailey, she'll also be Gosselin-free tomorrow. This past Monday she even added another interesting thought on her Twitter, stating "Life Lesson #1- "The older the man, The more tarnished he is"-LOL" Not always the truth, but it applies with Jon. Horror author Stephen King announced this week that he's started writing a sequel to The Shining! King revealed at an appearance in Toronto, Canada, that the new novel, with a working title of Doctor Sleep, will jump ahead 40 years from where the last novel left off and follow the story of Danny Torrance, son of The Shining's lead character, Jack. The author joked with the crowd, telling them he's a bit nervous to write the novel, but said, "Maybe if I keep talking about it I won't have to write it." Thoughts??? |
