Hey, if you've got it, why not spend it? Diddy threw himself a lavish 40th birthday party at the Plaza in NYC on Saturday with a $3 million price tag!! Guests were treated to a "fantasy Garden of Eden-themed room" which included a $30k orchid arrangement as well as a customized black dance floor and black chandeliers. The attendees, which included a guest list of celebs such as Jay Z, Bono, Martha Stewart, Christy Turlington and Denzel Washington, were also privy to a private performance from legendary soul singer Al Green! The $4 billion dollar lawsuit against Miley Cyrus has been thrown out of court! A woman by the name of Lucie Kim filed a class-action lawsuit against Disney star, saying Cyrus' now-infamous slant-eyed pic was a violation of "a statute that prohibits businesses from discriminating against minorities." Kim's attorney argued that "every time [Cyrus] sells herself she engages in a business transaction," so natch, Miley should face the same consequences a business would if they were to discriminate against a race. Yeah, we don't buy it! The judge wisely threw out the bogus case, stating that yes, the image of Miley is offensive, but she didn't break any state laws with her unintentional discrimination. We hope everything is okay! Courteney Cox has temporarily shut down production on Cougar Town to "deal with a private family matter," according to a statement released by ABC. Are you kidding us????????? When it comes to first-day sales, Sexy Sarah's memoir, Going Rogue: An American Life is now one of the top-ranked nonfiction books on that list! Palin's book moved 300,000 copies on its first day, which is comparable to the 400,000 copies sold of Bill Clinton's memoir, My Life, and tops Hilary Clinton's first day numbers of Living History, which sold 200,000 copies in 2003. After Lindsanity demanded $15k in free merchandise from Kitson last week, the Robertson Blvd. boutique has stayed anything but quiet over LOLhan's bratty behavior! The retail store/paparazzi magnet informed reporters that they are "actually really offended" by Lindsanity's actions! Kitson's beef with La Coka Lohan stems back to when the boutique began carrying the hard-pAArtying starlet's leggings line, 6126. "We spent $50,000 on her leggings line, but she hasn't come to the store in three years, and she didn't even do a personal appearance," complained a spokesperson for Kitson. They continued to rant: "She should have brought cookies for the staff to thank them for selling her leggings because she does nothing. We don't know if we'll continue to carry them." Lily Allen has no qualms over professing her love for her live-in boyfriend! Allen has been dating the sorta fug Sam Cooper since the summertime, and has informed reporters that she is "really in love" with the builder, as well as being "really happy." She continued to blather on and on about Cooper: "My boyfriend still takes me out for dinner every week… He won't tell me where we are going. He puts on a suit and just takes me out and treats me like a lady." Lils said she gravitated towards Sam because she's found it "difficult" to have a relationship with a man her own age and much rather prefers an older gentleman. "I have sex with people my age but I wouldn't go out with them," Lily overshared. "There needs to be an intellectual connection and I don't think I've ever had that with people my age." DMX is currently being sued for a million dollars by Thunder Productions for pulling out of a highly publicized boxing match with actor Eric Martinez! DMX cancelled earlier this month when the promotion company refused to honor the clause in his contract which stated: "Event Promoter and Management agree that (DMX) is scheduled to win Boxing Challenge." Once upon a time Nick Lachey was a singer in a boy band that no one cares to remember in 2009… BUT! Being in that boy band has led Lachey to a job hosting The Sing-Off, a new televised singing competition on NBC! The Sing-Off, airing on December 14th, will be a four-night special featuring eight singing groups that will be performing strictly a cappella to win a contract with Epic Records/Sony Recording. "There is nowhere to hide when you're doing an a cappella song," Lachey told reporters. "There's no band behind you and dubbing. It's just you.
