Ceiling Eyes Cancels On The VMAs, Because Of Kristin Cavallari???

We can't decide whether this is genuinely the truth or if MTV is trying to pull a fast one on y'all and drag the VMAs into The Hills scripted "reality"!!

Ceiling Eyes has pulled out of her presenting duties at Sunday's Video Music Awards in NYC because she found out she'll be presenting with Kristin Cavallari!

Meow!

"Audrina hates Kristin, and MTV sprung this on her last minute so she decided to cancel," a source dished to In Touch Weekly. "She doesn't even want to be in the same room with Kristin."

Patridge's stylist and hair and makeup team have been warned by Audrina not to book a job with another celeb for the VMAs or else.

Bitchy bitchy!

Of course, Kristin is more than pleased by the news of Audrina's last-minute cancellation.

Says a friend of Cavallari's: "Kristin is happy she won't be with Audrina. They never got along and Kristin is the star of The Hills, not Audrina."

Do U think it was Ceiling Eyes' decision, or did MTV play a heavy hand in Patridge pulling out????

After breaking up with Justin Gaston, Miley Cyrus has been allegedly linked with a number of boys this summer, including ex Nick Jonas and Last Song co-star Liam Hemsworth.

Well, Miley's over it!

Cyrus has told reporters that she's "just kicking it right now" and that with her busy schedule, she doesn't have the time for a "huge relationship."

"There's no dude," claims Miles.

Levi can't make up his mind!

Bristol Palin's babydaddy turned nude model is definitely posing for an upcoming issue of Playgirl, but the shoot has left poor Levi with a MAJOR dilemma at hand:

Should he show off the goods on the front side or the backside?????

Levi's been reportedly pumping iron at the local gym in preparation for the shoot, so maybe it'll come to him while he's on the elliptical.

Pene's Not Pregnant! (Really???)

Even though Penelope Cruz has appeared to be sporting quite the baby bump these days, Pene claims the rumors aren't true!

Says Cruz, "I start getting some presents from friends saying, 'Congratulations, you're pregnant.' And I say, 'No, I'm not, so return the presents.'"

Pene finds the whole debacle "amazing," but we think we may have a liar on our hands!

Ceiling Eyes Is Being Stalked!!!

We don't know who would want to waste their time stalking Audrina Patridge, but it happened!

And now Ceiling Eyes is running to the police!

Zachory Loring showed up to Patridge's LA home on August 26th, posing as a wine delivery man. When Audrina answered the door, Loring handed her a pile of "photos, cards, drawings and poems he had written," dated September 15th - one of which legal docs say was a drawing of a woman being strangled.

Freaky!!!!

Loring also offered Audrina a beer which he claimed was from his "family's brewery" and demanded she drink it in front of him!!

Zachory showed up again on August 29th, where surveillance video recorded the psycho "talking to himself" in front of Audrina's home for 7 hours.

Finally, when Loring showed up on Ceiling Eyes' doorstep for the third time on August 30th, wearing a suit and tie, Audrina speed-dialed 911.

Patridge's stalker was arrested by LAPD for trespassing (as well as outstanding warrants for his arrest), but was released the next day on $15,000 bail.

Audrina is understandably freaked out by the whole sitch and is in "great fear" Loring may return to her home to harm her. Patridge is currently seeking a restraining order against her alleged stalker.

Thank gawd!

Courtney $ued! Again!

Screen International Security Services have sued, who else, Courtney Love.

Yawn.

SISS, the company that provided Love with her former bodyguards, are suing Court for $60k in unpaid "security services," including "the protection of Love, her family members, and her property" according to the legal docs filed with the LA County Superior Court.

The security company say they provided Love and Francis Bean with protection from April until August of 2009, and Love allegedly failed to pay SISS a dime!

Not surprisingly, Courtney's lawyers are calling the lawsuit bogus, and issued the following statement on Friday:

This lawsuit should be placed in the Wikipedia page next to chutzpah. It has no merit and is based on a private security company's attempt to fleece a celebrity.

SISS is claiming it is owed money for providing around the clock security for Ms. Cobain and her daughter at the St. Ives home for a period of time she and her daughter were NOT living at that home but were living at the Chateau Marmont. SISS has no written agreement with Ms Cobain to support their claim and on its face it is ludicrous.

SISS was paid a substantial sum for the "service" it provided while they were living at that home. Despite knowing that Ms. Cobain and her daughter had moved out of the home they continued to provide security to an empty home by having someone sit in a car all day eating a ham sandwich while the Cobains were residing miles away!!!

Ha!

Twilight Cast Forbidden To Take Photographs

It's not only the paparazzi that folks on the set of Twilight movies have to worry about - it's also all the people on set!

No one can be trusted, it seems, when trying to keep photographs of Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and the rest of the vampy gang off the Internet.

Even Michael Sheen, who plays Volturi leader Aro, wasn't permitted to take shots on set. He says:

"I remember someone whose job was containment and I thought: 'What does that actually mean? Does that mean stopping people from getting on the set?

And it wasn't, it was to stop people on the set taking pictures and sending them out."

Can't be too careful, we guess, but we bet there are hoards of disappointed Twilight fans that wish they could see pics taken by the cast.

And why would you want to deny them?
