A Pennsylvania man accidentally fired a 2-pound cannonball into his neighbor's house! What the hell?! William Maser, 54, is a history buff with a dangerous hobby. He has been recreating 19th century cannons and then firing them off for years! The cannonball, 2 inches in diameter, unexpectedly ricocheted and went through the neighbor's window AND wall before landing in a closet. Luckily, nobody was hurt because of this guy's stoopidity! Maser was charged by the Pennsylvania state police with reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He has since apologized and agreed to stop shooting cannons on the property. In an interview with UK's Wonderland magazine, Megan Fox divulges none-too-flattering details about her Transformers director, Michael Bay. She says: "He's like Napoleon and he wants to create this insane, infamous mad-man reputation. He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he's a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he's not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he's so awkward, so hopelessly awkward. He has no social skills at all. And it's endearing to watch him. He's vulnerable and fragile in real life and then on set he's a tyrant. Shia and I almost die when we make a Transformers movie. Supplier of fashion to the douchetastic, Christian Audigier, is purchasing the Holmby Hills mansion last inhabited by Michael Jackson. And, yes, it's the house he died in! Since Audigier was not able to turn the estate into a museum like he hoped, he will open it every June to showcase exhibits and musical productions honoring the King of Pop on the month of his death. OMFG! The house is said to be worth over 30 million dollars and currently belongs to Audigier's boss in the fashion company, Hubert Guez. "I can have the house in one month now," said the fug fashion mogul, who was close to Jackson. "I get the keys two weeks from today." Yet, Christian was in Paris the day of Michael's funeral in order to promote his El Lay based celeb clothing brand! "I miss him," he claims. "God bless him." Kevin Smith Will Tweet Throughout Labor Day Posted: 04 Sep 2009 04:15 PM PDT If you are a Kevin Smith fan, then you might want to consider logging on to Twitter this Monday before hitting the beach. Or after. Or anytime really for 24 hours after Monday morning. Kevin is running (or we guess typing) a 24-hour Tweet-athon Q&A through his Twitter. He will be answering as many questions as possible and no topic is off limits. In a press release, Kevin explains: "This is not news at all. In fact, it's kinda stupid. But I wanna see if I can do it. I've been training for this my whole life, simply by being a lazy fat-ass who'd rather stare at a screen than better himself with a brisk constitutional. Someone asked what my training regiment is gonna be, and I told them I've already stockpiled lots of Count Chocula." Ha! That's pretty funny! The stunt is a rather brilliant way to promote his book, Shootin' the Shit with Kevin Smith, and we're sure there are tons of geeks already positioned at their computer for this event. Meet the Man Who Makes Out With Chuck Bass!!! Posted: 04 Sep 2009 04:00 PM PDT This is Neal Bledsoe, the lucky SOB who gets to make-out with Ed Westwick's character, Chuck Bass, on Gossip Girl this season. We must say, he isn't bad to look at, but then again, it is a requirement to be at least an 8 if your going to be on a CW show! In a recent interview, the unknown actor turned most talked about new face, explains his role on the show: "Initially I was supposed to play the dean of the freshman class. But then they hired a 28-year-old actor so that seemed like a little bit of a stretch. Now I play a lawyer who is a very well connected alumni at the university who has a hand in deciding who is going to give the famous freshman speech." Of course, he was asked about kiss, which he describes as "nice" and not as awkward as people might think, (they rehearsed exstensively…squeal.) When he was asked to complete the sentence "Ed Westwick kisses just like…", he replied: "he kisses just like Chuck Bass." Sneaky, sneaky, sir. He was then asked about how he first reacted to the role and the controversial scene. He explains: "Things like that shouldn't matter. Unfortunately for some actors things like that do matter and they'll turn down projects because of it. I thought it was a really fun episode. I had an awesome time doing it. And I think it would've been a shame if I was not open-minded enough to do the episode simply because I had to kiss another man." Bravo! You are officially our new favorite character on the show! Michael Jackson's Private Funeral (With Celeb Cameos) Taped For A&E Special! Posted: 04 Sep 2009 03:45 PM PDT Though they are still grieving over Michael Jackson's death, the Jackson family isn't passing up any opportunities to ca$$$h in! Cameras shot everything at the burial's after-party on Thursday night, and there's even some footage from the funeral itself! It's all reportedly going toward a special to air on A&E as well as a DVD to be released later. Does this all seem incredibly tacky to anybody else?! Joe and Katherine Jackson did not attend the after-party nor did Jackson's 3 children, but his siblings were in attendance, even talking about a reunion tour! How appropriate! Rat Pack music was played throughout the evening, with Casablanca being projected onto the walls. Apparently Janet looked the most distraught of all during the party. Aww, bb! Simon Misses Paula! Posted: 04 Sep 2009 03:30 PM PDT Simon Cowell has finally decided to speak about Paula Abdul's departure from American Idol. It's about damn time! Everyone else has! Cowell tells Extra that it's "different" without her and he "misses her". Aww! Is the hardass judge going soft? Simon says "the chemistry between the judges is different without her". We blame Kara DioGuardi for that. Besides, Paula's been there since the beginning! When his ex-girlfriend, Terri Seymour, asked him to explain more about the chemistry being off he said "It's like comparing a carrot to a banana". That's an inneresting comparison. But Simon isn't worried about Paula's future because she's "someone who will always work." Obviously. The bills aren't gunna to pay themselves! She seems to be doing just fine, though, since she landed the hosting gig for VH1's Divas Live and guest starring on Lifetime's Drop Dead Diva. We're interested to see how this next season will be without Abdrool. Even though it won't be the same, it'll be nice to see some fresh faces on the judging panel like Victoria Beckham and Mary J.
