Hey O, Don't Forget To Invite Us! Posted: 20 Aug 2009 04:45 PM PDT Oprah Winfrey is gearing for a big blow-out bash to celebrate the 10th anniversary of her O magazine. In true Oprah fashion, party planning for the major, star-studded event has already begun with the party date not being until next May! We're hearing the festivities will be held at Radio City Music hall and there is even talk that the media mogul will close down a portion of the West Side Highway for a coinciding charity event. What could she planning that a whole portion of highway needs to be closed off??? We have almost a year to figure how we're going to weasel into this thing. Let the brainstorming begin! Yep, if we were you, we would click our way to Heidi Montag's fitness workout website right now. There, through her fitness e-book, you'll learn how to do all kinds of great exercises that Heidi herself demonstrates, like this weights workout above. Oh, and guess what? It will only set you back $20 bucks! What a bargain, huh? But, remember, Heidi herself just exercises for the money cameras. She's going to have more surgery. She told Self Magazine: "The fun thing about surgery is that they always have new things and you can always try things. I'm not sure what's on that list right now, but I'm sure as I get older, I'll want to keep up with maintenance as most Hollywood does." If she makes $100 from this venture, we'll be surprised. NoJo To Release New Tunes! Posted: 20 Aug 2009 03:30 PM PDT Norah Jones is back! After a two year hiatus, NoJo will gracing our ears and (if she's lucky) airwaves with more music, and we're told that it might not be the sleepy jazz-infused stuff we're used to. Supposedly, Norah has spent the last two years writing and experimenting with her music, collaborating with the likes of Ryan Adams, Okkervil River's Will Sheff, and Jesse Harris. Producing the album is the man behind Kings of Leon, Tom Waits, and Modest Mouse, Jacquire King. The biggest change that fans will notice is that Norah ditches her piano in favor of more guitar for most of the tracks. Norah says of the album: " I knew I wanted to try some different things on this album. I'd been playing with the same musicians for a long time. We're all still friendly and I hope we play together again, but it felt like a good time to work with new people and experiment with different sounds. As far as a producer, I wanted someone who could take me out of my comfort zone and find the right musicians to capture what I wanted to do with this collection of songs. I got in touch with Jacquire initially because he engineered one of my favorite records of all time, Tom Waits' Mule Variations. He was really eager to do it and we got along really well, which was important." Sounds like it could be very interesting. The album is due out in November. Think U will pick it up? R.I.P. Posted: 20 Aug 2009 03:15 PM PDT Former Israeli television entertainer Dudu Topaz, 62, has committed suicide. This was his second attempt to take his life. Topaz was found dead in the shower of his cell at the Nitzan prison and paramedics were unable to revive him. He was known as a TV personality and always brought in the high ratings, but he was also known as a controversial figure. Dudu was arrested earlier this year after being suspected of trying to arrange attacks on media execs after they canceled his show. Topaz later admitted to the charges and blamed the three TV execs for getting him off the air. In fact, one of them, a television producer, was found beaten badly outside her home and had to be rushed to the hospital with broken bones in her face earlier this year. Ouch! Apparently, it all started about five years ago when he was dropped from his primetime slot. Then he pitched a new comeback show to the three execs last year and they turned him down. That's when he arranged to have them beaten up. But this past May he was finally arrested and charged with conspiracy, assault and extortion. And after so much time of stress and in jail, he finally took his own life. Sad. And twisted. [Image via AP Images.]

Nickelodeon To Open Its Own Water Theme Park Posted: 20 Aug 2009 03:14 PM PDT You know the Pitt-Jolie kids are gonna be all about this! Nickelodeon has partnered up with Southern Star Amusement and the city of New Orleans to create their first ever water theme park called Nickelodeon Universe New Orleans. Fun! Southern Star will construct the park with brands licensed from Nickelodeon. So what's that mean for the kiddies? Looks like they'll have characters from some of their top shows like SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer throughout the park. There will also be rides, characters in costumes, games, food, shops and more. The water park will actually take up 65 acres and a spot that was formerly Jazzland/Six Flags. Construction is set to begin later this year, and they're hoping to open their doors by the end of 2010.

Maniston Caught Kissing Butler On Set, After The Cameras Stopped Rolling! Posted: 20 Aug 2009 03:01 PM PDT No time to cry about Bradley Cooper anymore, not while Jennifer Aniston is allegedly sneaking kisses from her new co-star, Gerard Butler! A source on set of their new movie, The Bounty Hunter, reveals that in between shooting a fight scene on Wednesday, Gerard and Jen were quite "lovey-dovey" and even stole a kiss: "We saw him give her a little kiss." How sweet! The source also claims that the acting duo spend a lot of time flirting, sneaking off to Maniston's trailer, and trying to hide their love affair. "We watched them at one point start to hold hands, but she pulled back because she realized people were watching," says the snitch. C'mon, Jen.
