La Toya Jackson Wants To Dance!

An inside source is reporting that La Toya Jackson has been approached by execs from Dancing With The Stars to join the competition this coming season!

LaToya The source claims Miz Jackson is "in serious discussions to join the show." Adding that the show has even put out a "firm offer" to her.

Even La Toya's rep is trying to help, adding that "She's a big fan of the show, and being from a musical family, it would be a good fit."

Considering La Toya's even released her own tribute song to Michael Jackson, we don't doubt she'd join DWTS.

In honor of him, of course.

But what's next? Someone's gonna say her dad Joe Jackson is also joining?

Jon Fires Back

Kate Gosselin might do well to take a clue from the PR person who's feeding Jon Gosselin his lines.

Responding to Kate's interview on Today, Jon expressed no ill will toward his ex-wife, saying, "Kate's the mother of my children. I only wish her the best."

When Jon, however, canceled on an interview with E! News, the show welcomed ex-girlfriend and ex-tabloid reporter Kate Major instead, who had her own choice words for Jon, calling him a "liar" and a "two-timer" who dashed their plans of living together.

To which Jon said, "I'm happy that she's out of my life."

Best avoid them Kates, Jon.

Radiohead Needs Some Space

In a recent interview, Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke revealed that there may not be another full length album for quite some time because In Rainbows left them creatively exhausted.

Yorke explained, "None of us want to go into that creative hoo-ha of a long-play record again. Not straight off. I mean, it's just become a real drag. It worked with In Rainbows, because we had a real fixed idea about where we were going. But we've all said that we can't possibly dive into that again. It'll kill us."

If avoidable, death is never a good option!

He added, "I mean, obviously there's something still great about the album. It's just, for us, right now, we need to get away from it a bit."

At the moment Radiohead's latest single is available via download only and is a tribute to a WWI veteran named Harry Patch who died recently at the age of 111.

Taylor Momsen Looking Rather LOVEly

You know, we only kind of saw it before, but now we're pretty much convinced that Gossip Girl trainwreck-in-the-works, Taylor Momsen, is really working too hard to look like Courtney Love.

There is no reason a girl with a stylist should have such trashy hair, and this constant lean she is always sporting makes us wonder how much Jack she drank before work.

Sober up and find a new style! Otherwise, you might up in rehab before your allowed to get a license.

Good news for Kiefer Sutherland. The star of 24 has just been named the highest paid TV actor in the US.

So just how much does Sutherland make for playing agent Jack Bauer?

OVER HALF A MILLION PER EPISODE!!!

Kiefer reportedly makes $550,000 per episode of his hit show, beating out Hugh Laurie, the star of House, who makes $400,000 per episode.

But there's some bad news for Sutherland.

The execs at Fox aren't sure if they're going to renew the show's contract after this upcoming season.

Fox's head of programming reveals, "It's going to come down to a business decision. It's not an inexpensive show on the network books and we also want to finish strong. This is not a show we want to prop up."

"Poor" Kiefer!

In the September issue of Playboy, there will be more on display than just Heidi Montag's fake tittays!

Heidi's interview, conducted by husband Spencer Pratt, was full of cattiness juicy tidbits about their past and the infamous beef curtain reveal.

Here are some HIGHlights:

Spencer on Lauren Conrad's sex tape:
"I was lying about being apologetic [about spreading sex tape rumors], and I hate lying…Yes, I facilitated the rumor, but it was true. Lauren was acting like she was little miss perfect goody two-shoes while [her ex-boyfriend] Jason Wahler was trying to shop the tape. The tape exists!"

Heidi on season six of The Hills:
"The millions of people waiting for season six of The Hills love us. And it's not about Lauren Conrad, because she's not even on the show this season. Which is fine with me."

People will forget about LC if you just stop talking about her!

Joan Rivers Delivers, But Not That Much

On Sunday, Comedy Central aired the roast of Joan Rivers as part of The Comedy Central Roast series. The program drew 2.8 million total viewers and a 1.6 18-49 rating, which is impressive, but apparently not enough to beat previous programs, including the roast of Larry The Cable Guy!

On his roast, Larry brought in 4.1 million viewers and a 2.3 rating!

Wow.

That isn't so surprising though: there are more hicks in the world than their are old people who can remember when Joan was relevant.

Did U watch the roast?

A Michael Jackson tribute in Vienna will feature a 3 hour parade of stars and will be televised globally to 1 billion people.

At the moment negotiations are underway to determine which networks will get the broadcast.

The tribute's lineup is also in talks, with Madonna, U2, Lionel Richie and Whitney Houston to possibly perform.

The tribute is scheduled for the second half of September and tickers to go on sale August 20th with a "significant portion" of the proceeds donated to several different charities.

The tribute will take place in Vienna because it is believed that Michael would have preferred it because "It's a little bit like Neverland, but much bigger."

This has disaster written all over it!

Miley & Justin Tweet More Angst

Posted: 11 Aug 2009 03:37 PM PDT

wenn-milestweet__opt.jpg

What did teens do without Twitter to release all their hormonal frustration on?!

We've been waiting to see if Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston would announce that they were getting back together, since all their Tweets have suggested a reconciliation.

Not no more they don't!!!

On Tuesday, Justin started the angst-fest with the following Tweet:

"Just recorded a demo.. Now I'm sitting on the couch wondering why we as humans try to pretend everything's okay when it isn't.. Just be real"

Aw, Justin. What's bothering you more: that you're not with Miley or that your "demo" probably blows harder than Brooke Hogan's entire new album?

No, the message was intended for Miley, as she heard her Twitter radar go off and she immediately Tweeted back:

"Everything IS ok. Honestly. I can't change you're mind and your heart no longer belongs to me. Maybe YOU'RE the one pretending you're fine."

Ooh, Miley is getting feisty!

Hey, shouldn't you be filming a movie or something, Miley, and not wasting your time with losers like this?!?!

Move on already! One of you, raise your standards, please!
